Storage profile with ID {sp_id} is not found in Org vDC {orgvdc_name}, but it serves as the recovery storage profile for VPGs.
Description
The storage profile that was originally available to the Org vDC is no longer available. Any storage profile that is currently available to the Org vDC does not include the relevant recovery datastores. The VPGs cannot be recovered.
