The USPTO makes this data available for search by the public so that individuals can locate ownership information for intellectual property, much the same way a county might make real estate property ownership information available.
Since our website is synchronized with the USPTO data, we recommend making any data changes with the USPTO directly. You may also contact Trademarkia to make a request for the removal of your personally identifiable information or trademark data. LegalForce Network can help you incorporate a business around your HERBAL 3 trademark in less than 5 minutes. I wasn't too sure what to expect when taking up services, but the professionalism from the site to the customer service is the slickest I have ever experienced.
Be the first to reserve your name and get help stopping others from using it - all in one place! Prepared with Munzur Mount Milkvetch herbal essences from the Munzur Valley, that hosts and feeds more than a thousand plants by crossing the steep banks of the Munzur River. Mount Milkvetches collected from the Munzur Tunceli region is rich in Bio-Flavonoid which is an antioxidant preferred in skin care due to its anti-allergic features. My suggestion would be to go cold turkey as its the quickest way to get the nicotine out of your body. This stuff is great it is the closet I’ve come to the real thing the full strength gives a nice buzz but ultimately working your way down to half then zero weens you off nicotine pretty effectively. Only the Nicotine Free versions are my choice though….480 days free, no turning back now!! Just saw on their site that here soon they will also be offering a pouch with or without nicotine as well.
They were OK, but I passed the cans onto someone else that is trying to quit, I won’t be reordering. I agree, that Cinnamon one DOES have a bit of a burn to it (kind of has a Big Red taste to it)…but then so does the real stuff.

It is very moist, it has a bit of a different texture from Skoal, it doesn’t pack quite as well, it does float in your mouth a bit more, it does have a good flavor, it does have a bit more of a punch than Skoal. Even though the size of the can is the same as Skoal, it doesn’t have as much product in the can, the can itself is quite flimsy. We’ve written a lot here about the all-important Spectrum of Distinctiveness, a key tool for those who name products and services, and for those who hope their selected names can be ownable as trademarks, upon their first use in commerce. Last week, despite the clue I imbedded in my post about trademark suggestiveness (“so easy to write, I’ll probably do them while I sleep“), no one was able to connect the federally-registered floating feather image with the ZzzQuil nighttime sleep-aid brand, but there were lots of creative guesses.
Based on my recollection of how the Feud is played, metaphors for a restful sleep would likely score well in the survey results, but a response like “sleep” (generic or descriptive of of the goods) would be ridiculed and lead to humiliation, as would any responses falling within the coined (making a word up a new word) or arbitrary (using a known word or image that has no relationship at all to a good night’s sleep) categories.
I’m thinking answers like (1) the moon, (2) stars, (3) clouds, (4) pillows, (5) sheep, and (6) Zzzzs, might score well. Keep in mind that even within the suggestive category of the Spectrum of Distinctiveness, there is a range, or a spectrum within a spectrum — those candidates bordering the descriptive category are considered “highly suggestive” and are somewhat inherently weaker as trademarks than those suggestive marks bordering the arbitrary category (both ends of the spectrum within the suggestiveness spectrum, of course, are inherently distinctive and ownable as a trademark from day one upon first use). Perhaps the seventh example of those third-party marks playing on the highly suggestive nature of ZZZ for sleep-related products would provide a basis for seeking a narrower trademark claim and not pursuing registration of ZZZQUIL standing alone, but that would be too conservative for P&G, perhaps because of the substantial equity in the well-recognized NYQUIL brand that ZZZQUIL clearly leverages. Linking the ZZZ prefix to QUIL is far more unique than linking it to SLEEP and TIME, it seems to me. Turning our attention briefly to another heavily advertised (prescription) sleep-aid, I’m thinking that a floating green butterfly would not score well under the Family Feud test of suggestiveness, but would it be ridiculed as arbitrary, at least before the Lunesta brand came along? In other words, if the butterfly were to land, would it do so on the suggestive or arbitrary side of the line within the Trademark Spectrum of Distinctiveness? Last question, how many times have you yawned while reading this post, assuming you’ve gotten to the end? It helps maintain the moisture balance of the zones of your body that don’t normally breathe.
You can increase the application amount on areas where intensive dryness is observed, such as knees, heels, etc.

While it’s not the method we subscribe to or suggest (that would be cold turkey), I have seen folks be successful using this weaning method (as you were with coffee). When you finally get to that day of nicotine freedom head over to the forums and join a quit group for some accountability and support as you go through your quit. I ONLY use the ZERO STRENGTH ones, since I am no longer a nicotine addict…all done with that shit. The Full & Half Strenght contain Nicotine, Nicotine is what we aim to get free from on this site.
I believe this is actually especially the wintergreen closest to the real thing I actually like it better cleaner mouth. I was a Skoal guy, so I cannot attest to the Cope similarity, but some others have said that the Classic is close to Cope.
246 days into my quit and almost 200 of them were united with this product (the Zero Strength). I’m not sure “feather” would have scored well, yet the floating feather image is a powerfully suggestive trademark for a sleep aid, it seems to me, one step removed from a goose-down pillow and the restful image of something easily floating in the air (perhaps, following a “pillow fight”).
So, the more thought and imagination required to make the connection between the name or image and the goods or services, the closer the suggestive mark will be to the even stronger arbitrary category. It also has sought protection for ZZZQUIL in combination with the VICKS house brand and associated trade dress elements (including the floating feather).  Interestingly, Notices of Allowance recently issued to P&G on these additional ZZZ-formative intent-to-use marks for ZZZSLEEP and ZZZTIME, both for pharmaceutical sleep aids.
What I’ve seen is people go the weaning route and then never take that final step to go nicotine free. In April, yet another ZZZQUIL intent-to-use application was filed by P&G for goods in Int’l Classes 3, 8, and 11.
