So as I continue to work on the nutrition portion of my life, here is my plan for this week. My big goal for this week is to make some major progress with my nutrition, no cheats and mentally give myself pep talks every day in preparation for our Cancun trip next week.

That is for two reasons 1) life has been crazy busy and while I'm still doing my planning and working with my groups every day, it takes even more time to prep everything for a blog 2) I don't want you to get too bored with my weekly "Here's what I'm eating" posts. I have switched back to eating off of the 21 Day Fix EXTREME nutrition guide because it is easier for me.
It makes me sick to leave my babies, but on the flip side it is going to be really nice to go away with my husband for a few days and just de-stress! I want to be a good steward of the money God blesses us with and my husband works so hard to make, but I think I’d rather do most anything than figure out how to save money on groceries. You can choose menus based on which store you prefer to shop (Kroger, Aldi, Publix, Ralph’s, Wal-Mart), how many people you will be feeding (families or meals for two), or food preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, low-carb, low-fat, portion-control).


I wanted to really test the full-effect of using e-mealz, so I printed off the first week, went shopping, and cooked 5 out of 7 meals.
We loved the Cheesy Chicken Bundles and Amazing Enchiladas and have actually made them a couple of times since. Out of about 6 weeks of meals, I only saw 2 duplicate meals, which is pretty amazing when you think about it. I have even started curling 20lbs on arms days which is a lot if you knew how many bicep curls we do on those days!
I know tracking macros is important for some people, but for me it just adds extra stress that I don't need. It makes me so happy to bring financial freedom to others while also (more importantly) growing my team of individuals who are focused on making a difference! These meals included: Cheesy Chicken Bundles with roasted red potatoes and green beans, Lasagna Casserole with mixed vegetables and garlic bread, Spaghetti Carbonara with Caesar salad, Chicken Divan with rice, and Amazing Enchiladas with black beans. Ben enjoyed helping me cook and because the recipes are so easy to make, he could really fully participate. But for extra busy weeks, or weeks when we need to tighten the purse strings, it would be beneficial for me to have these guidelines. They do charge you $15 for 3 months at a time from your credit or debit card, with automatic renewal. I know at our house, we have some meals we end up eating every week or 2 due to my lack of planning and creativity.


I would love to have been able to switch things around a bit more and try different types of recipes. This does not cost you any more, and it helps cover costs associated with running the website.

I know that my body is changing even if I can't see it and the scale continues to taunt me.
Most times, this wouldn't bother me but with Cancun looming (NEXT WEEK!!!), I'm feeling pretty insecure.
