Disney world dining plan tables in wonderland, good wood for bowl turning, diy bed bench storage, wren birdhouse plans free - How to DIY
Welcome to Couponing to Disney where I teach you how to find money in your family's budget to pay for things you thought were out of your reach (like a trip to Disney!). Another way to get discounts on Walt Disney World Dining is with Tables in Wonderland Card. 20% off most food and beverage (including alcohol) purchases at table service restaurants for up to 10 people in your party. Annual passholders can add the dining plan to their reservation, but they will have to pay rack rate for it.
If we had used the Tables in Wonderland card, we would of paid $432 for all the food (after the discounts) and an additional $36 on snacks.
The Tables in Wonderland Card is a good deal if you have a larger party and plan to eat at a lot of table service restaurants during your trip.
The best thing to do when you are undecided is to pull up the menus for each of the restaurants you plan to eat at, create your own mock days and see what you would end up paying with either the dining plan or the Tables in Wonderland card.
Keep in mind that you do have to pay 18-20% gratuity on your table service meals and it is automatically added to your bill for you when you use the Tables in Wonderland Card. Learn more about Walt Disney World Dining and get suggestions for where to eat, how to use the Disney Dining Plan and more.
My parents used their Tables in Wonderland card on our last trip in March, and the gratuity was covered by the card (not owed out of pocket) in addition to the 20% general discount. This card gives you 20% off most of your food and beverage purchases at participating Disney restaurants.
If your resort doesn’t have a table service restaurant, like Pop Century, you will receive a discount at the food court.
They are not eligible for additional discounts on the dining plan (such as getting free dining), however Disney does often offer room only discounts that are exclusive to passholders. They are on the Magic Your Way plus dining plan and paid a total of $115.96 for their dining plan for this day in question (that is the per day rate). We only have 3 members that still attend Disney in our family, but we usually meet up with others at some point in our trip, so we have saved with it so far.
For these examples, let’s pretend that our Tables in Wonderland family has already saved more than the $75 the card cost them and are now breaking even.
