Young Arnold Stressed Symmetry In His Physique Got a Question for The Frugal Fitness Guru?
You can't have a list of YouTube Fitness gurus without the fitness model formerly known as "Skinny Vinny"!
Fitness model and author Brad Gouthro's relatively new channel Live Lean TV is one of the biggest new developments on the scene this year. Obviously Bob Harper is from the cultural phenomenon The Biggest Loser and this is his fitness channel started in 2010. Fitness model Brad Scott was a newcomer last year to the YouTube fitness scene but this year he really came into his own. YouTube's "Next Up Trainer" videos felt the wrath of the public when Strength Project was snubbed as one of the Sweet 16 to qualify for the contest. Brandon Collingwood is a rare mix of fitness intelligence, comedy, and positive attitude that results in a YouTube channel unlike any other. Simona, the Czech Fitness Girl, is taking a page out of Zuzana Light's book by combining Eastern European beauty and rock solid muscle. OK enough with the legends, here is a great and promising newcomer to the YouTube Fitness circuit. Lui Marco seems to be underrated as a YouTube fitness guru, but he has an incredible channel on natural bodybuilding and fitness with over 650 videos and millions of views between his 2 channels!
If you think Scooby is a cartoon dog, you have been missing out on 5 years of legendary fitness training.
Follow fitness pro Kodjo as he takes you through his nearly 300 toning, muscle building, and home workouts that will take your fitness level further than you thought possible. Well for those of you who don't know, Brandon Carter used to have one of the biggest fitness YouTube channels a year ago, but it was terminated "due to repeated counts of copyright infringement and violations" or something along those lines.
I can't make a list without at least mentioning this guy Mike Chang with one of the most popular channels in YouTube Fitness, and YouTube in general.
The YouTube Fitness legend formerly known as "Skinny Vinny" and the Hardgainer's hero was one of the first successful YouTube fitness gurus and he is very well known.
Rob Riches is one of the world's most famous male fitness models, and he's got some incredible videos to motivate and inspire you.
Physical Therapist and former Pro Strength Coach Jeff Cavalier wants you to train like an athlete if you want to achieve their powerful and cut physiques! I consider Scooby the (grand)father of YouTube fitness since he started as early as it gets (2006) and he just so happens to be about 50 years old. Another huge up-and-coming fitness icon is Jack Nauss of Choose Fitness, an 18 year old natural bodybuilder and rising fitness personality. Mixing white vinegar and dish soap in a spray bottle makes an incredible all purpose cleaner. When I’m in the shower the only way that I can stay focused, and avoid spending 20 mins staring at the wall (I know I’m not alone in this!
Latin music is so captivating by nature, that even people who do not know dancing start tapping their feet on hearing it. Zumba has taken everyone in its charm .it is not people who want to, lose weight are learning it.
Vince show's you how to bulk up, get stronger, eat clean, and get in fitness model shape like he did, a former hardgainer. All kinds of great fitness, nutrition, weightloss, and gastrointestinal health videos here as Sean Croxton tackles all topics! He's ripped to shreds, has incredible quality videos, videos on every topic health and fitness imaginable, and he posts videos 5 days a week every week! Mike Chang's Six Pack Shortcuts channel is one of the biggest fitness channels on YouTube when it comes to stats, he has well over 200k subscribers and over 200 million views! He's always been into fitness but his fitness-specific channel is relatively new and on its way up. He's an icon and role model for a lot of people and his channel shows you how you too can look and feel your best.
His videos on everything from weight training, to aerobics, to nutrition, and recipes are all well done.
Hundreds of comments and video dislikes were doled out to good videos as a result, certainly uncalled for but also representative of the big following and rabid fan base Strength Project has. Simona is arguably in just as good of shape as Zuzana and pumps out plenty of great sexy fitness videos, many set to trance and techno music (not my cup of tea personally but a lot of people like that stuff). The best bar training, calisthenics, bodyweight training, and acrobatics you'll find on YouTube are here, and these guys are more ripped than most bodybuilders and fitness models you'll see! I know that's kind of old news now, but at first I don't think we were all  100% sure she would succeed completely on her own starting from scratch.
Jack Nauss, a natural teen bodybuilder, is only 17 years old and already has a ridiculously impressive physique, great training methods, and an incredible YouTube channel and business acumen. He tells it like it is when it comes to training hard, dietary supplements, steroid dangers, tough dieting, and pretty much any other topic you can think of! And I mean LEGEND, this guy is 50 years old and he's in ridiculous shape as a natural bodybuilder and cyclist.
Great exercise demonstrations to really help you master the details of each movement to get a better overall workout.
Now I know from personal experience that slaps on the wrist from Google can be deserving, or they can be from things out of your control (haters, people with good intentions but dumb actions, etc). His 100,000+ subscribers, nearly 20 million views, and 600+ videos are incredible testaments to his knowledge and experience in strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and fitness.
New YouTube Fitness Pros have arisen, and a few have faded, and overall it was more competitive than ever before! Now Mike's Six Pack Shortcuts can be a very polarizing channel: some people love the guy, and others think he's a scam and a bonehead.
Some people think of him more of a sleazy salesman and reminiscent of "The Situation" from Jersey Shore but those people are clearly missing out. From his 600 lb squats, to his lean bodybuilding recipes, to his muscle group workouts, you'll learn some wisdom from one of the most accomplished men in the fitness industry today.

This guy is a gymnast mixed with a martial artist mixed with a bodybuilder mixed with a parkour mixed with who knows what else. The guy is (supposedly) steroid free, but I actually do believe that because he's been working out his whole life and applies an engineer's (that's his primary vocation) analytical mind to the pursuit of bodybuilding. Great workouts, tips, motivation, positive attitude, big physique, and an excellent work ethic make this guy a role model for anyone to follow, young or old, men or women.
The only things that I’ve never had a problem spending money on are electronics (cameras, smartphones, microphones) and website tools .
There are plenty of channels that include full-workouts, short videos that focus on proper form, nutritional and educational channels, and my favourite dance cardio videos. In the spring time boiling orange peels and lemon on the stove feels the house with a great fruity scent, and during the holidays mixing a lemon slice, orange slice, some cinnamon sticks, and some mint leaves create a great holiday scent. I buy a single bottle (or… usually three) and I’m able to replace 6 other products! It's nearly impossible to create a list like this without leaving a few people out (not to mention the rankings), so I apologize ahead of time and you can feel free to comment!
Vince Delmonte is one of the original YouTube Fitness Channels and despite his many critics, actually does a pretty good job. The guy's got over 40k subscribers, nearly 10 million views, and over 200 videos which are all pretty well done. Watch his great stuff and see his channel continue to grow exponentially with his enthusiasm and expertise leading the charge!
The only problem is, a lot of it has come from very aggressive advertising (their fitness ads are everywhere on YouTube!) Also, they only have 76 videos (although the majority of those were made this year which is good for this list), a lot less than many of their competitors. He now has over 40 videos on fitness, nutrition, and motivation and his channel was chosen as a contestant on YouTube's Next Up Trainer.
But due to his level of mainstream success, his channel is probably run almost completely by another company and it just doesn't have that personal touch that most of these other channels have.
He's got some great Six Pack Insanity workouts, home training, gym training, beach training, fitness modeling tips, and much more. Incredible videos here on bodyweight strength training, gymnastics, and calisthenics make this a very entertaining and unique fitness channel. Awesome channel, superbly unique, and a good choice for anyone whether you are looking for strength training, gymnastics, or urban climbing tricks. But within a month or two her new channel Zuzka Light was kicking booty again and the former adult film star was getting people back in shape with her sultry eastern European accent and love for Burpees. She caught the eye of this year's winners The Hodge Twins, Lui Marco, and more and with good reason. Despite starting a new channel and rebranding his videos this year (like myself), he's had incredibly fast growth and a large following on his over 160 videos! He's got over 25k subscribers and millions of views, but he always takes the time to help his viewers that post comments on his videos and channel wall. If this was an "All-Time" list I would rank Scooby even better based on his pioneering of free online fitness videos. If you aren't subscribed to him yet, he's got a different video for you to watch every day of your new year for a new you! This rags to riches success story has taken NYC, Beverly Hills, and the world by storm with her amazingly effective yet affordable workouts and style. Jeff Cavaliere of AthleanX is a well-known strength and conditioning coach and physical therapist that teaches you how to work out for function as well as physique. Anyways, he's had to start new channels which is always rough, but Brandon has some great fitness workouts, tips, motivation, physique, and he's even a musician as well!
I know from personal experience because sometimes it is very tough to get subscribers and viewers going up against or alongside these fitness and media legends!
Ya see, Vince is actually extremely intelligent, knows his stuff, and also consults and befriends some of the best in the fitness industry including Tony Horton (P90X aka Beach Body), Lee Hayward (see him below), and his figure competitor wife Flavia.
He's a role model and idol to many YouTube fitness viewers and creators, including Scott Herman and myself.
He can teach you how to do flips, bodyweight training, muscle building, and pretty much anything else you can think of.
Incredible bodyweight acrobatics, feats of strength, ripped physiques, tutorials, and workouts that will make you tired just from watching.
Great free and intelligent advice from a sports medicine professional and trainer to many professional athletes. I like his workouts that only involve training at home with minimal weights and workout equipment, and focusing on excellent form, nutrition, and the mastering the basics.
Besides having huge potential for a lengthy successful career in bodybuilding and fitness, Jack might be one of the best in the world in the social media and entrepreneurship department for his age.
Skip the gym, save your money, avoid obnoxious-grunting-muscle-heads, the unspoken competition with the lady beside you, and stares in the change room…can you tell just how much I love the gym? You can easily increase the volume of your cellphone speakers by placing it inside of a glass.
For all those who cannot go out and practice zumba in a gym can download zumba fitness youtube. People who do not like exercise can burn their calories by simply dancing to various tunes.
You can even learn the steps from a personal instructor who will teach you the basic steps. The reason he's not ranked much better on this list is because he makes a lot of exaggerated claims on his programs and he's moved his best new video series "Live Large TV" to a pay-only site, booo!
The claims they make on their videos and fitness programs are also grossly exaggerated, taking a page from Vince Delmonte. He's got some great tips and workouts, and is clearly very intelligent, well-spoken, and in great shape.
Great channel overall but just a little too corporate for me (I guess it's my inner frugality). Hopefully if they do Next Up Trainer next year, it will be chosen and his entourage can avoid carpal tunnel and heart attacks.

Some of his videos are hilarious, some ridiculous, and some you might just learn something! In about a year, she brought in over 120,000 subscribers and over 12 million views to her new channel, while BodyRock TV continued using her replacement Lisa-Marie.
Her channel has grown incredibly fast so look for her channel to continue it's great progress in content and a strong following.
Might not be the best one for young children to watch (a few obscenities), but hey whatever works for them! He's also very passionate about helping other new YouTube fitness channels grow and improve.
You could also say he's the "original frugal fitness master" since most of his videos are geared towards helping people lose weight and build muscle with just a pair of dumbbells or whatever is around the house. She has trained some of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood and The Big Apple, she's interviewed and worked with top names in the fitness industry including just recently "Fitness Made Simple" founder and legend John Basedow! In fact, he was the physical therapist for the New York Mets and has trained some of the biggest professional athletes in the world. Check out his new and improved stuff and support a YouTube fitness legend as he rebuilds his empire! It's not easy to compete against these YOLO lean legends ON A DAI-LY BASIS (as Lui Marco would say) because they are incredibly good at what they do. Just like last year, my main beef with him (not personally but just in regards to this ranking list), is that he uploads most of his best and complete videos to his paid video subscription Live Large TV.
You'll never look at the neighborhood playground the same way again after watching this channel. Scooby has truly helped millions and if this was a list of Top 25 Fitness Channels EVER he'd be right up at the top at #1. Look for him to keep climbing this list in years to come and start dominating the industry before he's 25! A shallow glass will create more of a pitchy sound, while a deep or wider glass will create more base.
You can do all this right from the privacy of your living room.Zumba fitness is available on you tube and you can download it anytime.
If you do not feel like doing zumba alone invite some of your friends' home and practice together. This California-based personal trainer has been in the fitness industry helping clients of all kinds for a decade. And unlike Zuzana, she also does a great job interacting with her fans and helping to answer their questions on fitness and workouts! Whether you think Zuzana's appeal is partially aesthetic, you can't deny she has some intense and effective workouts and creates some great quality videos that get people back in shape. Scooby added a large amount of videos this year and dominates the YouTube scene with 250k subscribers and 145 million views.
Amanda is a great example of frugal fitness and improving your own wealth and health with creativity, education, and perseverance!
You can also tell he enjoys a little bodybuilding so he mixes that into his workout videos. As The Frugal Fitness Guru, I think YouTube is fantastic medium for promoting a healthier lifestyle to the masses, no matter what a person's budget might be!
It's not expensive and it is very high quality stuff, and YouTube was giving him problems that pushed him in that direction, but that still doesn't help all of his followers that can't see all his videos.
With this concoction there’s no need to open up all of your windows, put on a mask and gloves, or take a break to refrain form passing out.
I admit that I do have a portable speaker for my iPhone but I prefer not to bring it into the washroom with me while taking a shower out of fear that the steam will damage it over time. Other wise some sites may teach you wrong steps and ultimately you will land in a soup, instead of burning your calories.
Another fact is that you start sweating even after the first 20 minutes dancing which is indeed a proof of burning calories with zumba exercise.
All things being said though, they still have some great videos and an enormous fan base so you can't leave them out. The world is getting to know him, he's got nearly 8k subscribers and closing in on 2 million views! She proves that in America everybody gets a second chance (or a third chance) and that you can always carry over success in one area to another a different realm with hard work.
Hardcore lifting and bodybuilding here with plenty of wise training and nutrition advice as well to top it off!
While I think his video content had declined a bit this year compared to previous years (although his video production quality and equipment has improved), he still has a phenomenal channel and plenty offer the next generation of fitness enthusiasts.
All you need is internet connection, some creativity, and dedication to educate and motivate yourself to a higher fitness level with these channels!
So, if you are really keen to stay in shape just watch zumba fitness on youtube and start a fun filled dance. And their video "Healthy Meal Time" spoofing the Epic Meal Time series is pretty damn funny! He has had an enormous year of growth, now with a whopping 70k subscribers and over 15 million views from his 150 videos.
He's even been featured on a dozen television networks as well with his professional athletic training experience and clientele. Oh yeah, and he was chosen by Youtube as part of their "Next Up Trainer" elite 16 contestants.
