I work a lot outside in the summer and it gets me in shape, but during the long winters up here sometimes I have to think back to gym class and do some jumping jacks, pushups etc. At present, I need at least two hours of weightlifting each day (including stretching before and after, split into two sessions, before lunch and preceding dinner). The results haven't included any exceptional bulkiness, but there's certainly more energy and vigor about me than before and it's worth the effort.

Not only was the work not finished, the team nowhere in sight, but their supervisor was off doing something else and had the audacity to ask Janet to come to her. I've been into running for about 12 years, but within the past year and a half I've really gotten more serious about it.

Since I read that it's healthier to exercise at a low intensity for an extended period (as opposed to exhausting but short workouts), I've begun standing still while on the PlayStation (playing no more than one hour a day). Lastly, I always walk to university, or anywhere else in the city, but don't go out all too often. The only reason I don't say that I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my entire life is because that was when I was on active duty in the Marines, but especially the time period when I was a Drill Instructor.
