This workout is designed to target body areas while giving an overall full body conditioning.
I used this workout in a class I subbed this week, I like giving people levels for each more. I’m linking up with the ladies at The Wild Workout Wednesday Round up,  check them out for more awesome heart pumping workouts that are quick and pin-able. I need to do more HIIT – it’s become one of my favorite workouts that I rarely do!

Any HIIT (high-intensity interval training) session has major fat-burning benefits, but a 4×4 workout is tops for improving fitness, per a new study in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise.
Tackle this treadmill workout three times a week for the next six weeks to up your cardiorespiratory fitness.

These two high-intensity workouts, curated by Daury Dross, an instructor at The Fhitting Room in New York, are built to pack lots of work into 15 minutes. Complete each movement for 45 seconds and take 15 seconds to transition to the next movement. Do each movement for 30 seconds and rest 10 seconds, repeat for 3x total before moving onto the next movement.
Sometimes I just need a good solid bring it all out workout and for me HIIT’s are it. Your heart rate is pumping, sweat is dripping and fat will be crying with one of these workouts. These types of workouts are designed to push you into quick burst of work with little bits of rest for improved fat burning.
