You will find a link to my fitocracy profile below. The last time I weighed over 100 pounds I was freaking out, trying to figure out what the hell I could do to go back to my comfortable 90-95lbs. It’s a fun one (yes, even with burpees) and starts out tough with three minutes of non-stop work for the first round. It’s a quick workout but seriously challenging thanks to plyometric exercises that made me sweat like crazy and challenging upper body exercises. I will often just place the hand that’s not doing the row flat on the floor while the other one is completing the row!


I’m Julie and I am a new mom, personal trainer and blogger living in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I used to swim when I was much younger but after I quit that I never cared about working out anymore. I’m happy to report that it is mostly muscle, as I still look lean and my legs are kick ass. The time spent in each circuit decreases by one minute for each subsequent round for three total rounds. Each circuit pairs an upper body exercise with a super-sweaty plyometric exercises that will get your heart rate up! PiYo is helping with that- I’m going to try to throw this workout in this evening as well!
Recently I've taken it up again because it makes me feel happier about myself and it seems to be helping my mental health.
I've always been a very picky eater and I have a tendency to stick to certain comfort foods, or I don't eat at all. I took my measurements with my mom and I have gained circumference around my biceps, thighs, butt, and bust.


I hope you enjoy little glimpses into my life and have fun trying the sweaty workouts I frequently share and making some of my favorite recipes along the way! The minute rounds I couldn’t even get the cardio part in…I guess it takes me a long time to do 15 bicep curls to overhead presses! Peanut Butter Fingers follows my life and my interests in food, fitness, family, travel and (mostly) healthy living.
If you keep things moving and give yourself a one-minute break at the end of each round, this workout should take you approximately 20 minutes to complete. I also would never have taken a picture of body at the end of the day because I would just kinda look flabby and full of food. I would skip meals all the time, partially because I was too depressed to cook and partially because I wanted to keep my slim appearance.
