This is a very simple mod that adjust jumping height and falling damage to make it more closer to the reality. To activate Fallout 4’s in-game console, simply press the tilde key on the keyboard, just beside the “1” key in the top left corner. Each entry below indicates the command to be entered into the console, and the effect of that command. This massive Dogmeat is the closest thing we'll get to having our very own Clifford in Fallout 4. These are the main console commands that players have found so far, and there will likely be more added to this list as they are uncovered in the coming weeks. Of all the rare items to be discovered throughout the wasteland, the Freefall Armor legs are likely the best armor pieces to have in one’s arsenal. Before heading out to find these armor pieces, you must first prepare your Power Armor suit. Put on your jetpack-enabled Power Armor suit, and Fast Travel to the Mass Fusion Building, north of Goodneighbor near the Old Corner Bookstore. From the small room, jump across the gap towards the opposite corner and repeat the same process.
Now that you have this awesome new armor, feel free to leap from new heights without Power Armor or fear of fall damage. If you’ve been playing Fallout 4 since release day, or going to be jumping into the game over this festive season, here are a couple of tips which will help improve your gameplay. Original article: Fallout 4 has arrived, inviting players back into the harsh wasteland of post-apocalyptic America. An arcade style 3D racing game with 9 increasingly challenging levels across 3 different landscapes.
Don't let your boss catch you slacking off while you dress up for your hot date after work - or you will get fired! Grab your board and slide downhill Tap left or right side of the screen to avoid obstacles and mad security officers! Move the car and place it in the right spot as quickly as you can in the new puzzle and skill game Parking Passion! By activating the in-game console, PC players of Fallout 4 can initiate a whole slew of cheat commands to alter their game experience, for better or worse.
As a safety precaution, make sure to create a save file to revert back to prior to using these commands in the event something goes awry.
However, once you revert back, your character seems to revert to the default character as well, meaning you potentially lose your face and hair customizations.
Remember to use these commands carefully, and make a backup of your game save file before using any of these, just in case. The Freefall Armor is a pair of left and right leg pieces that prevent all falling damage on your character. If you don’t have elevator access, walk up the stairs to the second floor, and unlock a door in a hallway at the other end of the walkway.
The jetpack height is limited and drains Action Points for each jump, so you will likely only be able to scale up one floor at a time.

The goal is to boost up along the wall in small increments, in order to reach the nearest room across from the balcony. Some of these tips will net you some cash in-game, or otherwise make your game a bit easier or more interesting.
Combine this with the charisma-based skill sets to do with bartering (Charisma 1, and the cap collector perk), plus a few unhealthy chems to further increase your haggling skills - and you can turn quite a tidy profit, or otherwise trade directly in water for whatever item or items required. Fortunately, Bethesda included many cheat codes in the game so you can make the Commonwealth wasteland a little less harsh. If you want to turn it back on, you need to press ` to pull up the console (you won't be able to see it) and then re-type tm. Jump to the platforms at the right and left side and try to score as many points as possible! More than 100 characters provide long fun for young and old fans of superheroes and their supervillains. In this guide, we’ve compiled a list of current console commands and their subsequent functions.
Tapping the tilde brings up a dark grey console on the lower half of the game screen that can be used to input various commands. However, the fall damage from high jumps will still kill you, so be sure to enable god mode first.
You can’t fast travel out of this weird world, but you can at least use it as a chance to figure out item ID’s for commands.
Use this command at your own risk, or perhaps on a new character once you’ve completed the game yourself. Since there is no direct path to reach this floor, players must jump to this upper level instead by using a suit of Power Armor equipped with a jetpack.
Continue scaling upward until you reach the highest platform where you can boost through a hole in the floor above. Just before you begin hopping up the wall, consume some Buffout as well as Nuka Cola Quantum to temporarily slow down time and increase your AP, or simply take some Ultra Jet for the same effects. There is a small office a short distance up, which should be a bit easier to reach than the first room. This is a general batch of tips and tricks but it does require revealing a little bit about the game, so please beware: minor spoilers ahead. However, you can still die from fall damage so you'll need god mode enabled to survive moon jumps. Jetpacks can be crafted as a torso mod in the Power Armor workbench, but require Rank 4 in both the Science! Head forward through the corridor until you reach the open area in the center of the building. From the balcony, you should be able to see a few small rooms tucked higher up along the walls. Here you will find a locked safe on the floor that contains the Freefall Armor, along with various types of ammo.
So without much further ado… Fusion cores and you This really isn’t so much of a spoiler, as it has been heavily hinted at right since the game was announced at E3 – you’re getting into Power Armour, and you’ll be doing this fairly early into the game. Players can instantly kill or resurrect enemies, add quantities of items to their inventory, and even enable god mode.
Here you will see a sort of jumping puzzle, composed of broken platforms for each floor overlooking an open center chamber. Tap the jump button to boost up in small bursts, until you reach a small debris filled room. What is significantly different with Fallout 4's Power Armour, versus using it in previous editions of Fallout, notably Fallout 3 and New Vegas, is that it requires a source of power, notably in the form of a fusion core.

Take a brief moment to quicksave in this room, and make sure to snag the Fusion Core off the nearby desk as well.
Initially, these will be very rare, and only provide about 20 minutes of use in a suit of Power Armour, unless you find a bobble-head in the game, or otherwise take perks that reduce its drain. You’ll get the same amount of caps for them as if they were fully charged, so it’s a great way to maximize your use of them, without breaking the piggy-bank.
This may change as future patches and DLC arrive, but for now, it’s a handy little… work-around. This will cause the armour-wearing thug to be forcefully ejected from his suit, making him far easier to put out of misery. The same principle applies to the sentry bot - as it is attempting to turn you into a bloody, greasy paste down along Mean Street, it will stop and open up a hatch on the rear of its torso to cool down.
Currently, your character doesn’t suffer weight penalties for carrying enough ammo to supply a small army, so it’s a good idea to hang on to it. You’ll put the sentry bot down instantly, and you can even still salvage a core or two that hasn’t blown up.
As you venture across traders in the Wasteland, or end up in settlements with trading posts, trade or outright sell the ammo. It fetches a cap per round, so there is a quick way to get the ammo you want, for the ammo you don’t. IF you’re like most people out there, you’re going to find that you out-grow the pipe pistols and rifles that the world seems to throw at you with wild abandon. In my case, I don’t even bother looting them unless they’re especially heavily modified, and then I tend to scrap them, rather than sell them, because… screws.
Re-configuring the combat rifle and the hunting rifles to use the .38 ammo will reduce their relative damage output, but it will still be a significant step up from the pipe-pistol stuff that’s out there. The requirements are fairly steep, needing Gun Nut 3, which in turn requires Intelligence 3, but again, these skills tend to be mid-game, so this works out alright. Don’t be a total Gun-Nut… If you’re like myself and Sonz, we got totally giddy with excitement at the prospect of being able to modify weapons and armour to our hearts’ content. Another hidden cost is the increase of action points (or AP) the weapon will consume when using VATS (or Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System).
If you’re paying attention to the spec list on the left while modifying your gun, the items at the bottom of any given list will show that the weapons’ weight, damage output, accuracy, range and relative monetary value will change. What isn’t shown is the effect this has on your action points consumed per shot or burst (depending if your weapon is semi- or fully automatic). By dropping the marksman’s stock in favour of a standard one, the AP cost of the weapon will be reduced, meaning you can get more shots in before your action point meter is depleted. Accuracy and range may take a slight hit, especially of you tend to play without VATS, but hey, it’s a trade-off Mod your game With Fallout 4 released, the modders were quick on the scene with some interesting works, to overcome some of the limitations within the game. By the way – if you have already added mods, the most recent patch released on December 7th resets everything – here is a way to bypass the effect the patch has on disabling your already installed mods. Re-done dialogue interface: I wasn’t particularly happy with the dialogue interface, with responses cut down to only four options as well as only indicating the gist of the response, such as yes, no, barter, sarcasm, etc. Redone general texture pack: I’ve only just loaded this little beauty, and haven’t really put it through its paces, but this mod promises to enhance the general ground textures, while at the same time improving performance.
