We cana€™t help but take notice of Paddy McGuinessa€™ ridiculously hot wife, especially when shea€™s in gym kit wea€™re lusting after. The gym bunny looked sensational in a colour coordinated sportswear outfit of a purple vest top by adidas and Nike running shorts (both sold out) which she paired ever so stylishly with some Nike Air Max Thea trainers in a bright fuchsia hue. Wea€™re loving bright pink trainers right now and we think they put a great vibrant spin on any gym look, so youa€™ll be pleased to know that Christinea€™s exact pair are available to buy.
Or if you fancy a shop around first, head to the edit below where you'll discover our top picks from around the web. Fitness fanatic Christine was out with her two-year-old twins, Leo and Penelope, as she flaunted her toned figure in all its glory.
If someone focuses on bulking up and gaining weight, do those few pounds actually make an improvement in your physique? A few pounds of muscle isn’t going to make a huge difference to your overall physique. Over the course of a few months, adding 1-2 pounds per month with proper dieting and training, can represent a visual difference in your physique. The length and success of a offseason bodybuilding bulking phase should be based on the two following factors. You really need to ask yourself these two questions before you start your bulking cycle then switch and start to cut.
At this point, I usually advise a specific mini-diet phase in order to help the body increase its sensitivity to insulin, which is damaged with consistent fluxes of carbohydrates.
The idea that you can add pounds of weight, some of it being muscle, and cut down and lose bodyfat while retaining most of that muscle doesn’t make much sense. Take a look around and you'll find that I am in the minority for believing that you can bulk up and cut simultaneously.

The evidence isn't just anecdotal however, there's solid scientific evidence for my position, but we'll get to that later. The logic is, since you can't do both of the above at the same time, you can't build muscle and lose fat at the same time. However, for those of us in the know, we can use our knowledge to activate a fat metabolism and achieve remarkable results. A fat-burner is simply someone who restricts carbohydrate intake to encourage the body to burn fat for fuel. When you eat high-carb and create a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight alright, but you'll lose up to 50% of that weight in muscle. Hey, the next time someone discourages you and tells you that you can't build muscle and lose fat at the same time, point at their big gut and suggest that they start using some of those calories in future. Thanks for visiting!Bulking and cutting and offseason bodybuilding are still popular topics since everyone wants to improve their physique for their next contest, photo shoot or beach season. Check out my articles on why you get hungry on a diet, believe me, all the bulking up that you’re doing has a role to play. How you were when you started bulking or how fat your were when you started and how lean or fat you are when your bulking up cycle ends?
Your starting position gets moved higher and it makes it harder for your body to drop those additional pounds. I say 'believe' but I really mean 'know' as I have 'done the impossible' on many an occasion and so have my readers by implementing my advice. If you don't meet your caloric needs through food, you tap into your 'stored calories' to do the job.
Let's say a guy eats 500 calories less than what his body needs to get him through the day (his maintenance calories including exercise).

Please note that it is impossible for fat tissue to directly turn into muscle tissue but you can trade that fat for muscle by using it for fuel.
On a high-carb diet, this is not going to be achievable by anyone except those very few genetically gifted individuals. As most of us aren't going from 'overweight' to lean, and we aren't restricting calories to 1000 or less per day, this is where we'll find relevant answers. A low-carb group consuming just 1000 calories per day was observed alongside a group that ate absolutely nothing for 10 days. I'm just a regular guy who got his wish by continually learning and being my own guinea pig.
Your appetite will spike again and you’ll be back in bulking up offseason mode faster then you think.
Since those stored calories are in the form of body fat, you therefore have to lose fat in order to build that muscle.
For some reason, most people seem to forget that not all your calories have to come in through your mouth. Sure the fasting group lost more total weight, but the low-carbers lost almost twice as much fat! Sure, you need to take in extra calories to build muscle but pigging out for months on end leads to unwanted and unhealthy fat gain. With new muscle comes fat, they just go together like the peanut butter and jelly sandwich that you want to eat.
