This new one we had to replace the grill plates within six month because the top plate had problems with food sticking and you had to clean hard to get to come clean. A pleasure to cook with these.Read the directions first as you need to oil the pans first as with most good cookware. Don't use spray oils on these surfaces.These pans were such a great price too, much cheaper than the big dept stores as I Checked before I bought them.
