The solution: You can make your own Frozen Grilled Chicken Breast Strips and for only a fraction of the cost! We here are all about eating healthier and you are so correct on the frozen chicken from those companies. Very nice, I love doing things like this myself…like you said you never know whats in them! These look so good – I need to try this – having chicken on hand whenever I need would be so awesome!

Breakfast: Most mornings I have egg whites, natural peanut butter and roasted red potatoes. My best advice would be to lower the temp and try adding a little low sodium chicken broth to the bottom of the pan rather than using oil. Pre-grilled frozen chicken is so overpriced, I’ve just never thought of making them from scratch. Oatmeal for breakfast, some sort of sandwich for lunch and either a burrito from chipotle or chinese food from the grocery store.

In my opinion, people are far more likely to eat healthy, lower calorie food and stick to their diet when they are able to specify in advance of their meal precisely what (and how much) they plan to eat during the day.
