Clare Kirby

Biography

Clare joined the Adjudicator’s Office from VOA where she had led their Complaints and Ministerial Correspondence Team. Her passion for working in complaints started when she worked in the PHSO as Head Of customer Services.

Clare is also a member of the Ombudsman Association Casework Interest group.
