Luke Corkill
Biography
Luke is an experienced HR Director with a commercial and operational leadership background. He leads transformational change and employee relations in areas such as reward architecture, organisational restructuring, working practices and policy development. He works across UK and international boundaries, with considerable experience of major UK Trade Unions and European Works Councils.
Prior to his HR Director role, he led the Openreach engineering organisation for the South East of England.
