Today I want to take a few moments to talk with you guys about a topic that is very important and close to my heart. These foods also promote a diet low in saturated fat, low in simple carbohydrates, and high in fiber – which is, again, something we should all be aiming for!
Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth. Because a prediabetes diagnosis often coexists with other cardiovascular risk factors such as high blood pressure, out-of-whack cholesterol numbers, and being overweight.
