Is it ok to take prenatal vitamins and probiotics, culturelle health & wellness probiotic foods, probiotic fiber pills good - New On 2016

I usually like try to wash and deep condition my hair twice a week, but last month, during my first week at work there was absolutely no time.
Maybe I was using my under nourished hair as an excuse for the fact that when it comes to conditioners I'm a complete Product Junky! I doubt its to be recommended and consequently I can't give you individual product reviews. The other good thing about TK Max is that they often sell salon-sized products, which is perfect if you use as much conditioner as me. I'm not familiar with any of the brands but the best thing about TK Max is that everything is reduced from its original RRP price.
I've regularly scoped the Oil shelves in Sainsbury's, and until now Coconut Oil was definitely absent. The other new product I noticed on the Sainsbury's shelves was this new range called Happy Hair Days which is apparently Sulphate and Paraben free. I posted about this on the CA Facebook page this week when I finally found a hair shop in Brixton that stocked products from the new Keracare Naturals range. Wishing you all successful natural hair shopping and if you've tried any of the products I've mentioned, how did you get on. I usually post all the natural hair events I hear about on the Natural Hair Event's Page (Click Here) but I haven't yet done that for this particular event that I've come across. From what I can gather this not actually an event but a course for those people who would like to go natural. This post is dedicated to the mums and mums to be.*Last year I wrote a post about a friend of mine who was pregnant (Read it HERE) and Im pleased to say that she is now the proud Mummy of a beautiful baby girl and this year she'll be celebrating her very first Mother's Day!Like many women during pregnancy, her hair flourished, and as it was in locs, I dont think managing it caused too many problems for her. Although you may be enjoying the fabulous condition of your hair, I'm guessing that there'll be a lot more important things to prioritise, so Low Maintenance styling is probably preferable at this stage. I'd also recommend trying out some FLAT and JUMBO TWIST styles as they can be quite simple and quick to achieve. Caution A lot of us naturals enjoy using Essential Oils but when you're pregnant there are some that you may need to be cautious of and possibly avoid.

Post Partum Hair Loss basically means hair loss after pregnancy and it's perfectly natural. It occurs as a result of your hormones adjusting themselves back to normal, and a quick search online will show you that you're definitely not alone! Other products you may want to consider are Root-2-Tip's Scalp Hydration Serum & Root Energizer. It's always important to treat your natural hair gently but extra care should be had if you're experiencing PPHL.
Trying playing with accessories, particularly Headscarves and Wraps, as these can be used to cover thinning edges or to keep the whole head protected. Scalp massages help stimulate blood flow, which is very important for helping to insure all your nutrients reach the hair follicles.
In a previous post I discussed the first step in my haircare routine which begins with Detangling. As I mentioned before the task of detangling can seem like the most tedious job, but taking a moment to detangle is actually hugely beneficial in terms of reducing time and frustration later on, and it also helps preserve length.
Personally I find it best to saturate my hair with a Pre-Poo mix of conditioner and oil and then begin detangling with my fingers. However as I was just down the road from High Street Kensington I did have a couple of opportunities to pick up some treats for my hair. I've always noticed the masses of toiletries they have, but so conditioned was I into thinking that the stuff in High Street stores "aint for my hair" that until now I never really bothered to look.
Early this year I'd interrogated so many hair shop owners in Brixton asking them if, when, and why they did not yet have the new KCare Naturals range. From what I understand it's quite hard to get new or little-known products (or well known products sometimes - can get some Kinky Curly over here please!) on to the UK shelves. Also if you have any other High Street shopping bargins or tips, please share the knowledge.
Although I'm curious and may attend to find out more, I'm a little reluctant to post it on the events page.

It's a brilliant idea and one that I actually thought about working on last year, so if it's any good I will let you know. However since giving birth, she has mentioned to me that she has experienced quite a lot of hair loss, so I did a bit of research and apparently this is very normal for women after childbirth and is commonly known as: Postpartum Hair Loss. Below are some links to sites with more information on PPHL and some tips on how deal with it.
I dont know how it works it's magic but there are tons of naturals out there who swear by it for growing back their hair. Check Out the Curly Nikki link above which also recommends loose and protective styles, such as 2 Strand Twists - The tutorial video below shows some ways you can add variety to Twists.
This video by Bespoke Hair Styles shows you how to massage the scalp without damaging your hair.
However as I'm neither a mother nor a medical professional, I recommend that you consult with a doctor before deciding on a course of action. This is mainly because I like to offer people the opportunity to verify the information they find here on the blog, for themselves. If this is the case, now could be a good time to treat yourself and indulge in some seriously Deep Conditioning.
Two Products I would recommend for great results when you Twist are BeUnique Mango Twist or Root2Tip Vanilla Twurly Butter. However because this flyer offers no contact details, I can neither verify the credibility of the advertised event or organisers for myself, nor guide you in the direction of where to find out more.
