Hello All,Today I want to talk to you all about how American diet, culture different from the European diet and culture from my perspective.Recently I traveled to France. This adventure is about Portland and Seattle. In Portland I had really bad allergies(people with allergies of grass and other plants you should bring medication with you). However, there was this one week in March where I was not constipated and had almost normal looking, clean stools, except I saw little white dots on them. I already did a stool test from Doctors data, and they found no yeast, but a couple commensal bacteria and an elevated SIgA. I definitely want to do a parasite cleanse, as well as rid myself of the Candida overgrowth.
Bacteria in our intestinal tracts produce B vitamins and vitamin K.  These vitamins play important roles in energy metabolism (producing energy from food), maintaining the health of the nervous system,  and clotting blood. Gut bacteria may play a role in obesity.  Some animal studies, and now a few human studies, have shown that animals or humans deficient in certain bacteria may be more prone to gain weight.
Eat foods that include natural probiotics (good bacteria).  These include yogurt and fermented foods, such as kefir and sauerkraut. Eat foods high in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains.  Fruits and vegetables are great for your health in so many ways. Immunologist Veena Taneja, PhD, and colleagues at the Mayo Clinic and University of Illinois, published a paper in the April 2012 edition of PloS One offering an explanation for what causes Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).
Rheumatoid arthritis can cause painful and swollen joints, lead to degeneration of the spine and subsequent instability and neck pain, as well as causing symptoms such as fever, malaise, and fatigue. The research by Taneja, et al, used transgenic mice with human leukocyte antigen (HLA) mutations that made them either more susceptible to Rheumatoid Arthritis or resistant to arthritis. The mice that were more susceptible to RA has altered gut permeability, suggesting that larger molecules could more easily enter systemic circulation unchecked where they trigger an immune system response.
Food and environmental factors do affect the bacteria in the gut, however, and it may be that better bacteria in the gut can reduce RA symptoms or even partially protect against it developing in susceptible individuals. View: To Learn About the Benefits of Colon Hydotherapy, and How Toxins can Accumulate and Poison Our Body! Never before in the history of this planet have we been exposed to so many toxins in the air, food and water we consume. In terms of bowel movements, if we eat three meals a day, it's healthy to have three bowel movements per day. I want to talk today about about portions, size of, quality, amount, and etc.How much should we eat? I love this time of year not only because of the holidays but also because usually during the winter months I have less allergies. What do I want to learn next year?"My usual answer: " I learned that I need to have a better a behavior!
What you are describing as your stool consitency suggests Steatorrhea and is consistent with this infection. When it comes to your gut health, plant fiber feeds the bacteria in the large intestine, and they in turn produce chemicals that protect the intestinal lining.  (Need help moving to a healthier diet? New research suggests a link between Rheumatoid Arthritis and bacteria in the digestive tract. Their paper provides the first real demonstration that genes controlling the immune system and bacteria in the gut interact to affect a person’s likelihood of developing RA. There is no current biomarker for the disease which can lead to patients being incorrectly diagnosed; thus allowing joint degeneration to go unchecked and suffering to continue. They then tested to gut flora of these mice to see if they could predict subsequent arthritis development. Mice resistant to RA had dynamically different gut flora influenced by the sex and age of the mice whereas these factors made seemingly no difference in the arthritis-susceptible mice.

Taneja, et al, do say as much in their paper but acknowledge that more research would need doing to investigate such a hypothesis. We will discuss your cleansing goals, create a plan of action for your cleanse and schedule your appointments. Many people, due to years of improper eating and poor elimination have an intestinal flora imbalance. Could gut flora be an environmental trigger for patients with a genetic predisposition for the autoimmune joint disease?
Such findings could lead to a test of gut flora as a useful tool in studies for RA, acting as an early warning sign in effect for patients deemed high risk for developing the painful joint disease.
This latest study adds to evidence that the gut plays a major role in immune system regulation with dysfunction of this system triggering RA and other autoimmune diseases seemingly unconnected to the gastrointestinal system.
The *401 mice (susceptible to arthritis) had a high level of Clostridium-like bacteria in the gut whereas the *0402 (arthritis-resistant) mice had more beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacteria and Porphyromonadaceae species.
This study does not suggest that swallowing large volumes of so-called ‘friendly bacteria’ can stave off Rheumatoid arthritis. Patients with suspected RA may find themselves, in the future, having a test of gut bacteria biomarkers and maybe even being given a prescription for probiotics rather than anti-inflammatories or steroids as treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis. Once use to the procedure, it's actually fun and rewarding to see all that fecal crap removed out of your body. The reason I like winter because the weather is a little gloomy and we spent more time inside and I get a chance to play with my toys. Instead, the research demonstrates that the bacterial populations in the gut are likely influenced by the genetic environment provided by the host. Commentators have questioned the data presented in this study, largely due to the nature of the statistical methods used and their presentation. The problem was that Culturelle was what was promoted to me, and I didn’t make much of a change. It is unlikely, therefore, that many doctors will recommend friendly bacteria for Rheumatoid Arthritis patients or suggest dietary changes for RA and neck pain on the basis of this study alone. These foods do not sound very healthy, and majority of them are more "comfort foods", but there are some secret super "heroes" on this list.Did you know that fermented foods are a good source of beneficial bacteria that our gut needs to digest our food.

It feels like fruits and vegetables are having their own couture show and they are determined to get attention of the public.
I kew that I have allergies, and I knew that vitamins help me to be stronger; probiotics helped me to keep my gut flora "in balance" as my mom says, but the other supplements that I was taking I did not really know why they are important.

It is interesting but I did not see any segregation between produce being organic and non organic. This supplement my Mom mixes with a little bit of water and it looks like milk but it taste like water. I had to put 2 different jars of pickles back on the shelve before I found the one that just had pickles, sea salt, dill and vinegar. My parents usually eat very healthy foods, but for the holidays my Mom buys all these yummy things and I just LOSS control and can not stop eating.
It looked very cool and was not making much noise it was, and it was difficult to imagine that it was actually working. I also did not see any labels that would indicate the origin of the produce such as Mexico, Chilie, etc. My mom says that L-glutamine are the "building blocks" that our body uses to repair our gut. When the ice cream was brought to our table it was covered in smoke, which I later learn was due to presence of dry ice. Ohhhh, it tasted so good and so rich with flavor! The other healthy item that we had last night for dinner was Russian dessert- hot tea with honey and lemon. We had it for  a few days when my Mom started questioning how affective the Air Filter was. There was no other labels but the name of the produce and the price per 1 kg,which is 2.2 lbs. Probiotics protect the natural environment in your digestive system, so it can work well.
