Starting this week we'll be introducing one of sixteen fundamental points on teamwork every week. These points were put together by a group of people including myself after an intensive leadership course.

Tolerance

If tolerance isn't practiced then it soon becomes very difficult for people to get along on a daily basis. Also constructive discussion becomes nigh on impossible as people become blinded by their frustration with others. Tolerance is hard, but its important to accept people for who and what they are and not expect things from them which they aren't.

Keep the whole team alive and make a positive ethos.
