More general advice!
1. To Move / Copy files from folder to folder, which are open and maximised to minimized (or hidden) folders all you need to do is drag the file down to the destination folder on the toolbar wait a few seconds and the new one will popup. Then just release the mouse button, and the file is copied / moved.
2. To make sure you have the latest shareware and freeware it is advisable to go to places like Tucows [UK] and Windows'95.com (The latter only deals with Windows'95 as the title suggests). Also the ever popular Shareware.com

A Standard which ensures fast error free transmission of ASCII and Binary Files across networks. Main use today: To get files from Servers running a FTP server program (/daemon). (e.g. ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk)
