Stop making excuses for yourself and your team!
Things can get frustrating but just make the best of it with what you've got. Morale and performance can drop radically if you start to excuse failings by blaming tools and workmates.
Its easy to blame others and we all do it but stop yourself whenever you can and it can really help! Just keep doing your best, don't always go looking for that perfect workplace, ideal team and ultimate equipment as it isn't out there! Work hard, then play hard and quit copmlaining!
