These fundamentals of teamwork have been gleaned by me from an intensive leadership course. They worked for those there and they sure as hell will work for you!

2. Confidence

Beware of being over-confident to the point of arrogance otherwise your team won't like you and you'll get careless. But do have confidence in your abilities and in the abilities of your team, and let them know that you do.

Have confidence in yourselves and get stuck in!
