Secrets. People love having them but they are SO damaging! Keeping things from other people who should know. Lying about what so and so did to protect them, whispering behind someone's back.
All these destroy a team atmosphere before you can say "j-dom is cool!". They create distrust, uncertainty and paranoia. The X-Files are neat, but a "Trust nobody" style of working is self-destructive.
