Motivation is a vital part of teamwork.
Each person has different ways of motivating themselves and being motivated. Its up to a team leader to figure those out. Many people rely on recognition from their team members. Others would like a reward (bonuses for examples).
But remember, everybody's different. It isn't easy but if you work at it you can always get people going again!
