No, the pictures (well most of them) do not look like this right out of the camera because once they are uploaded to the computer all sorts of things can be wrong like angle, white balance (too blue, or green) etc., so this is where a good editing program comes in and then choosing which images to use in the blog post. It’s not the easiest thing in the world to just sit down looking at a white screen and start writing, so I think about the creative writing aspect through the entire process and if anything comes to me, I simply jot it down. I am, of course, glad I started food blogging because it gives me a chance to express my creative side and it’s also a large virtual cookbook of my own creations that is now out there forever.
This is a good thing this time around and I hope that my recipes help people to get in the kitchen and cook good, tasty dishes.
