Wei Chern Tham practices in the area of corporate litigation, including shareholders' disputes and breaches of directors' duties, and securities-related and banking litigation. Mr. Tham also handles construction disputes, insolvency matters, and has acted in various international arbitrations, employment disputes and defamation claims.
Mr. Tham graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2002, and was placed on the Dean's List.
