Noraini Latiff is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK. She also has a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, USA and a Diploma in Personnel Management from National Productivity Board, Singapore.

She worked for Touche Ross International (later called Deloitte & Touche LLP), Chartered Accounting firm for two years and then moved on to become Company Secretary of AFC Merchant Bank, a merchant bank with ACU license for 17 years. During this time, she was also Company Secretary of several public and public listed companies under the bank's portfolio.

In 2006, she joined Selvam LLC to head its corporate secretarial arm. She provides corporate secretarial advisory to approximately 200 private, public and public listed companies.
