+ Advising on the tender of the largest piece of real estate in Singapore, subsequent leasing, licence agreements and co-ordination with the Singapore Land Authority, Urban Redevelopment Authority, Land Transport Authority and Ministry of Law (Turf City)

+ Floor financing documentation for moving stock

+ Ship mortgages for refinancing of existing vessels and new builds
