Singapore to become center of new type of Sharia financial transactions
Mrs. Arfat Selvam, Managing Director of Arfat Selvam Alliance LLC and a Director of SINIPCO said: "We are currently in discussions with the MAS pertaining to the regulation of this new investment product. Subject to the subsequent establishment and operation of a Royalty Entitlement Exchange of Singapore, the financing of early stage and privately owned companies will be forever changed."
Arthur Lipper III, an international financier, is the Chairman of SINIPCO.
A newly formed Singapore company, SINIPCO Pte. Ltd., has acquired the intellectual property disclosed in the U,S, patent application filing for a FAIR REVENUE PARTICIPATION CONTRACTS AND EXCHANGE. SINIPCO has filed its own Singapore patent application for SHARIA FAIR REVENUE PARTICPATION CONTRACTS AND EXCHANGE.
Ms. Selvam went on to say “We are confident that revenue sharing or royalties are an appropriate basis for Sharia compliant and other investors to participate in a broad range of businesses.
Further, the ability to trade properly secured royalties on an approved member owned and operated exchange will create liquidity resulting in benefit for both investors and companies issuing revenue participation contracts. We expect that both Singapore-based and international financial service organizations will be interested in becoming members of the Royalty Entitlement Exchange of Singapore.

The creation and trading of Sharia Fair Revenue Participation Contracts will permit constructive investment opportunities for vast amounts of capital searching for suitable Sharia compliant products and therefore allow the financing of a broad range of Sharia compliant companies.
