Most of the guides of this sort don’t appeal to me much; they’re either so technical that I want to go to sleep after page 2, or they’re so simplified that there’s not much information that’s useful to me. It’s not just a list of meds, either; he provides the name of the med then goes on to tell you what it’s best used for and how much you should take based upon standard dosing procedures where appropriate.

Section 1 is rounded out with a list of sanitation procedures, alternative medications, treatments and preventative measures such as herbs, yoga and tai chi.
