Our Emergency First Aid at Work Level 2 course is designed for individuals who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace.
We also have a First Aid Requirements Calculator online tool that allows you to simply and accurately calculate how many first aiders you need and the level of training they require. All learners will have the First Aid skills and knowledge to provide the organisation with Emergency First Aider’s that can provide treatment to their casualties in a prompt, safe and effective manner. A minimum of 6 contact hours in the classroom consisting of practical and theoretical activities.


Assessment is ongoing by our First Aid instructor and upon successful completion of this course attendees will receive an accredited nationally recognised Ofqual regulated certificate valid for 3 years. A maximum of 12 students are allowed and must be a minimum of 14 years of age and a certificate can be offered to all, subject to assessment. A student cannot assume a responsibility in the workplace until they reach the age of 16, and then it is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that the student is suitable for that role.
We can arrange to deliver our Emergency First Aid at Work course in your workplace to groups of 6 or more. Alternatively, we have Emergency First Aid at Work courses coming up in 2016 taking place in our regular venues in Bradford, Bingley, Keighley and Skipton.

Please note:  If any member of your staff has asthma, a heart condition or allergies which has been included in your work place risk assessment, the HSE recommend the First Aid At Work 3 day course is considered, as these conditions are not covered by the 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course. We and our partner company, Trident Medical offer all forms of first aid and pre-hospital care from 1 hour basic life support training to advanced trauma care instructor courses. The courses can accommodate a maximum of 12 people and for large bookings (say 6 or more) from one organisation, we may be able to arrange a specific date to suit your requirements, so please contact us to if you would like to discuss this in more detail. This course gives you a comprehensive set of practical skills needed to become a confident first aider at work.
