In the reboot to Mirror's Edge, Mirror's Edge: Catalyst, an independent young woman, Faith detests the domineering, Conglomerate that controls the City of Glass and the lives of its inhabitants.
Faith was born into a family of 4, growing close to her mother, Erika, while Kate grew close to their father. At the age of 16, Faith left her father and Kate, presumably through a window at night, to live on the streets. Still in training, Mercury puts Faith on a training run to trial the new ear pieces given to him by Drake. Unable to ignore the photos, even during her first official run, Faith visits her sister, Kate, who was in training to be a CPF Officer, in order to find out where their father was.
Looking for new leads Faith goes after Red, the photographer who took the surveillance photos, and, with Mercury’s help, is shown a house where she assumed was where her dad was. After delivering a package to Robert Pope’s office Faith head over to Drake’s hideout to see if he could identify what the chip might be for. In an attempt to find this “something”, Faith breaks into their old family home, which was scheduled to be demolished. Handing the letter over to Drake, he deduces that the chip and the notes in the envelope were for an advanced security camera to be used by Silvine Security and that that was the reason why the Silvine officers were chasing after them. Fresh from being out of action and fully healed, Faith spends some time retraining with Celeste Wilson, another Runner and friend, before being put back on active duty. Laying low in Mercury’s hideout while Mercury asked around about why the Blues were being so aggressive, Faith overheard CPF radio chatter from her sister, Kate Connors, who was reporting in to conduct a follow-up check with Robert Pope about a series of break-ins that occurred the week previous. After discussing it with Mercury and Celeste, her first port of call was to question Jacknife, an ex-Runner, who might have known something about the set-up. Faith’s second attempt at overseeing this meeting met a similar end, with her catching sight of the assassin sniper but running into, and escaping, an ambush set up by the Blues.
Fresh out of leads, Faith decides to look into Pirandello Kruger Security as she had seen their symbol on various papers throughout her investigation.
Her sister had been tried and found guilty for Pope’s murder during her investigations, Faith, with help from some fellow Runners, interrupted the convoy that was transporting Kate to prison and freed her sister.
After the ending of the game it is announced that Faith and Kate had become wanted fugitives and were being hunted by police forces. While helping some runners during a datagrab mission by acting as a distraction, Faith ran across some of Dogen's henchmen, interrupting a deal. While hanging out with her fellow runners, a previously unknown group of runners, which included Celeste, ventured into their territory, claiming they were checking out the competition. The next job Dogen would have Faith do involved stealing a prototype vaccine from Reposa Medical.
Dogen, upset that Faith neither retrieved the vaccine nor set the lab on fire as she was supposed to, decided to end his relationship with Faith, retracting his offer for her to earn her mothers drawing. Upon being chased by a security drone, Celeste and Faith would head back to Celeste's base under Rezoning, where Faith would learn that the runner who stole the vaccine was Celeste, who needed it to cure her sister's melanoma cancer.
Deciding her mother's drawing was too important to her, she attempted to steal the vaccine from Celeste. Faith was set to appear as a cameo in another Electronic Arts game, "MySims Agents", but was cut from the game for unknown reasons. Faith’s first tattoo to commemorate her first official run was the tattoo around her right eye.
Faith was 24 at the time of Mirrors Edge (Game), She is believed to be the same age in the comics.
Through certain websites, hosted by Electronic Arts, Faith would leave hidden messages for those able to find them, warning them of hidden observers and that she was currently following an unknown lead. In the Battlefield 3 Operation Metro map, near Objective B, there is a blue sign overhead saying "Faith Connors" and "Catherine".

In "Battlefield 3", on the edge of a skyscraper roof on Markaz Monolith, her shoes can be found with it possible to also hear her breathing after listening closely. Faith's attitude towards the government is based in the events of her past, and causes her to rebel against it by becoming a Runner. Faith's parents were protesters against the rise of the new regime that was seeping into the City of Glass. Gradually resorting to petty thievery to survive she began robbing homes, including Mercury's Hideout.
Pointing her to Hoagy’s, Faith asks about her father appearing there but is lied to, only getting the truth when a worker there, Dusky, lets her look through the bar’s security tapes where upon she discovers her father meeting with Austen Reynolds.
However, the person waiting for her was actually Austen Reynolds, who was waiting for Abraham to kill him as revenge for the death of Erika Connors, Faith’s mother , as the two were, at the time of the Libertas movement, having an affair due to Abraham’s neglect. Leaving the chip with him, Faith receives a call from Dusky to meet her at Hoagy’s where she finally meets her father, Abraham Connors. After receiving reports of someone breaking into the demolition site, Kate Connors deduces that it was Faith and confronts her at the house to get her out before the explosive blew. Deciding that keeping the notes and chip was too dangerous, Faith opted to hand them over to Silvine, however during the escape she is shot in the arm and forced to stay out of action until it healed. During her first run however she encounters some overzealous City Protection Force who, unprovoked, open fire on her and actively pursue her through the city until she manages to lose them by hitching a ride on a City Eye helicopter.
However some time later further CPF chatter announced the reporting of gunshots from the area and Faith, concerned for her sister’s safety, rushed to the scene to discover her sister next to the body of Robert Pope. After chasing him down, Jacknife points Faith towards Pope’s head of security, Travis Burfield. Inside the building she stumbles upon a training facility created for the purpose of creating a specialized unit of Pursuit cops to target and take down the Runners network.
However the Blues managed to track them back to Mercury’s lair; resulting in Kate’s recapture and Mercury’s death. Celeste then challenged Faith to another race, along with a fellow runner of Faith's, Caleb. Dogen agreed, but told her if she didn't have the vaccine in three days, there would be consequences. This left Faith with a difficult decision: break the runner code and steal the vaccine from Celeste, and be ostracized the runners, or betray Dogen and have her ankles broken, and her mother's drawing burned. After running from Celeste and eventually fighting her, Krugersec guards interrupted them, attempting to find and detain a reported Runner in the area. She mainly wears a black tank top with white stripes running down on each side underneath her arm. She is, however, available as a collectable trophy, found in the Boudreaux Mansion, behind a portrait of her on a wall; she was also set appear in "MySims SkyHeroes", as a pilot, playable in multiplayer mode, but again, she was cut.
She had her "circuitry" arm tattoo done after the events involving Silvine Security Systems and her mother.
Kaida will be voiced as Kido Tsubomi in the Kagerou Project anime adaption of Mekaku City Actor. Faith often seems to find herself involved in conspiracies surrounding the government due to her family connections or her circumstance as a Runner. With her father providing funds and leadership to the Libertas movement, her parents brought their children to the November Riots where Erika was crushed to death as others sought to escape. Catching her in the act, Mercury took her under his wing and trained her to work for him as a Runner. Allowing her to leave with this information, Faith goes after Kreeg in order to find out who it was he was delivering the surveillance photos to.Infiltrating the given location she discovers the room belonging to Sebastian Silvine, head of Silvine Security Systems, however, while she recognized the company logo from a chip created by her mother, she was unable to get anything else due to having tripped an alarm and needing to escape from Silvine Security officers. However, Austen walks in on the reunion but is shot dead when Silvine Security officers enter the bar looking for the Connors. Managing to find a hidden letter from their mother, the sisters escape the site just in time. Certain that her sister was being set up for Pope’s murder, Faith took a piece of evidence from Pope’s desk (a slip of paper with the words "ICARUS" and "to the highest" written on it), and escaped the Blue forces to begin an investigation into proving Kate's innocence. Shipping offices, Faith overhears Ropeburn discussing a meeting with an unknown individual over the phone, also mentioning Project Icarus and Kate and Faith.

While there, she learned Dogen possessed a drawing that originally belonged to Erika Connors, Faith's mother. Dogen told Faith that is she completed a number of jobs for him, she would earn her mothers drawing. After setting an alarm off, Faith ran out, escaping the building and outrunning Krugersec guards.
During the race, Caleb slipped and almost fell to his death, but Celeste turned back and saved him, while Faith ignored him in order to win.
After visiting an unnamed friend, looking for answers on the runner who took the vaccine, Faith met Celeste for the third time, being taken by surprise that the unnamed friend was, in fact, a mutual friend between them. While the guards closed on Celeste's position, Faith became overridden with guilt and decided to save Celeste, and return the Vaccine to her. After her mother's death her father became depressed due to guilt to the point of alcoholism. As she tackles the assailant, Kreeg’s Messenger Bag is opened and surveillance photos of Abraham Connors, Faith’s father, spill out.
The pair managed to escape, however, and hid in Mercury’s Hideout where Faith asked him about the chip her mother had created. After informing Miller of this information, Faith goes to interrupt the meeting however she discovers Miller already there and assumes that he was the individual on the other end of the phone. Finding an ally in Lt Miller, Faith, in her battle against the Pirandello forces, caused the destruction of the city’s surveillance servers in order to gain access to the roof where she discovered Jacknife escorting her sister to a drop-off helicopter. Noah trained Faith to become a runner, but was reluctant to send her out on dangerous missions, much to the dismay of Faith, who believed she was more than competent enough to handle them. This angered Noah, saying that if this is the way she acted, then maybe she didn't belong in their cabal. After exchanging insults, the mutual friend sent them off to retrieve an egg for him on top of a spire. With Celeste saved and the vaccine returned, Faith stayed behind to face the remaining guards and hold them off while Celeste made her escape. She as a runner's tattoo running down her right arm, and a arm warmer and a single red fingerless glove. Unable to help her, her father did tell her about a series of break-ins at the family home where it seemed that someone had been looking for something but hadn’t found what they were looking for. Confronting Ropeburn to get answers, Faith manages to learn of another meeting place in the New Eden Mall before an assassin sniper shoots and kills Ropeburn.
Shipping, and capturing the assassin responsible for both Ropeburn’s and Pope’s murder; Celeste. Undeterred, Faith jumped onto the helicopter, resulting in the death of Jacknife, and finally managed to save her sister. After learning Faith was Erika's daughter, and being impressed with Faith's wit and skill, Dogen attempted to recruit Faith for a job he needed done, however Faith ignored him and immediately tried to steal the drawing. After dodging one of his blows, the guard slipped and fell off the roof, falling to his death. Upon reaching the spire, Celeste and Faith realized the real purpose of the task was for them to work together. Taking down as many as she could, Faith was eventually subdued, and put in a juvenile detention center for a year. On her way out, she crashed into one of Dogen's henchmen and dropped it, leaving it and escaping. In Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Faith still wears a tank top, but with now with a mini vest, and her hair is a bit longer and has a parting way. Upon returning home, Noah confronted Faith, expressing his resentment of her reckless behaviour.
