Statcom Systems has several fully trained and licensed Emergency Planning Consultants and Fire Safety Advisors (QLD) to assist the client with understanding all the various requirements of the legislation in each State and how to comply with the Australian Standards AS3745-2010 and AS4083-2010.
Statcom Systems also specialises in helping Property Owners and Managers meet their obligations in each State to ensure the Essential (Fire) Safety Measures are being maintained, that evidence of that maintenance can be produced and that each year, an Annual ESM Report in Victoria, an Annual Fire Safety Statement in NSW and other Annual Maintenance Statements for other states.
