After you’ve finished the setup, open a windows Command Prompt with Administrator privileges, run services.msc command in order to open Windows Services utility and locate Zabbix Agent service to check if the service is running and automatically started after reboot. In brief Zabbix can do the same tasks as Nagios and Cacti by default: Zabbix easily graphs monitored data and sends alerts to user in case of any problem. Probably Zabbix may seem rather complicated for beginners but I’d recommend to take some time and get familiar with this monitoring system.
