History report ideas zaragoza, vin number for car color id,what car has this vin number - How to DIY

I send home a little explanation note to the parents and I give them a month to work on the project in case they need time to read a larger chapter book. Now, my students also had to give an oral presentation for when they came up front to share their cereal.
A lesson on diversity and friendship ties in magnificently with your Black History Month plans and we love this activity that goes along with Karen Katz's children's book, “The Colors of Us”! If you're looking for a simple, yet relevant way to bring the important historical figures of Black History Month alive, check out this bulletin board created by Brandy Turman and her students. George Washington Carver was an African-American scientist, botanist, educator, and inventor.
We're only a week and a half into February so you still have plenty of time to add this great bulletin board design from third grade teacher, Beth Sawyer, to your classroom!

Mary Ann Mulroe, librarian at Heritage Middle School in Illinois, sent in a picture of her fabulous word cloud display for the month of February and Black History Month. February is Black History Month and we think this interactive display from Gigglepotz is a great way to introduce your students to some of the influential men and women throughout the years. The last step was for students to plan and present a commercial for their cereal to the class. Mom’s Choice Awards® has named the Katie & Kimble series among the best in family-friendly media, products and services.
Invent a name for the cereal that is related to the title of the book and sounds like a cereal.
It can be a puzzle, a word search, a word scramble, a maze, a crossword puzzle, a hidden pictures illustration, or any other fun activity that might be found on the back of a cereal box.

The activity comes from the book 24 Ready-to-Go Genre Book Reports by Susan Ludwig (Scholastic) and was adapted for the Katie & Kimble Blog by Mrs. Students were to invent a cereal based on a fictional book that they had read during the month.
They were to think of a name and shape for the cereal that was somehow connected to the book they had read.
Ludwig for allowing us to reproduce such an exciting classroom activity from her creative book.
