Small home-based business owners find different ways of achieving success… Some believe in their overall power as a human being, while others have an unstoppable positive attitude about life and business. Did you know that it’s possible to literally create circumstances that will lead you to success? One great way to increase your chances of having a successful small home-based business is to incorporate daily affirmations into your everyday life.
You’ll find that many famous entrepreneurs actually say affirmations every morning as a way to help them start their day in a positive and empowering manner.
That’s why saying your daily affirmations upon first waking up in the mornings is a good habit to have.  It helps put you in the right frame of mind to face the work and challenges ahead. When saying your affirmations, look at yourself in the mirror and speak OUT LOUD the phrases you have chosen. Yes, the first few times it will seem a little silly, but I promise, it can carry some very powerful results.
Below is a list of some affirmations to get you started; choose as many as you want and feel free to incorporate your own as you go. I’m so happy and grateful for all the fabulous people in my life and customers who support my business. The affirmations above can be used as a great starting point for you.  You can add-on to them or simply create your own set. Hint: A good way to start your affirmations is with “I can,” “I am,” or “I always” then go on to create meaningful, success-drive statements for yourself and your business.
So begin to rid yourself of all negative thoughts by incorporating affirmations into your daily life.
If you’re in the habit of thinking negatively about your business and your own abilities to succeed, I’d strongly encourage you to start using positive affirmations in your business daily.
Affirmations are short, simple yet powerful statements that help to assert something to be true in your subconscious mind (sort of like making your sub-conscious thoughts, conscious). Although the affirmations had a positive effect on me I learned one thing: To me these affirmations are pretty personal.

I love all of these, and I’ve just said all of them aloud and it really does make you feel so much better.
This is such a wonderful post, reading all this sort of uplifted my spirits instantly, I have never tried this. I am a huge lover and believer in positive affirmations, it’s why I love meditation so much. Recite some affirmations (ie: My thoughts will remain positive no matter what I face today. When you think about the positive aspects of your life you’ll automatically be happy. Optimists are less likely to suffer from high blood pressure or other early signs of cardiovascular disease than pessimists. Yes, I'm also a Florida Public Notary and can perform notary services, including performing wedding ceremonies in the state of FL.
I am not a physician, so please make sure you consult with yours before beginning any weight loss or exercise routine.
Hypnosis services are provided as a form of motivational coaching using non-therapeutic hypnosis and instruction in self-hypnosis. For the last couple of years, positive affirmations have been a big part of my daily routine. Research proves that affirmations actually change brain on a cellular level- our thoughts have a direct connection to our level of health. Use these affirmations (or create your own) by writing them down or speaking them out loud for a few minutes each morning.
On mornings when I don’t incorporate affirmations into my routine, the remainder of the day seems to go quite rocky.
But just going back to bed when my daughter wakes up and hear her say I luff you mummy, instantly puts in a super happy mood.

But, I would love to do better about starting my day out with a positive affirmation, kind of stick it in there with my morning routine so I become used to it.
It’s incredible what you can do when you start changing the way you think and talk to yourself. What works for me may or may not work for you and may or may not be the safest way but it's what I do for myself.

Your morning routine can have a huge impact on how your day unfolds- my mind used to start engaging in negative self-talk the minute I’d open my eyes, so for me, creating a routine where I start my day with a positive attitude, is very important. Every morning, as I get up early, I write in my gratitude journal, I use my affirmations and start every single day on a happy, positive note. Affirmations can empower you, they make you aware of your thoughts and they’ll make you want to surround yourself with things you love. So, just an FYI because I may post about fasting, doesn't mean you should go and do a fast much less one like I do. I also find it way way too easy to get drawn into negative thoughts, particularly when I first wake up for some reason.
What I post on this blog is what I personally do, I do offer weight loss & wellness coaching and there you will get personalized information and direction and not just what I may do myself.
