Achieving peak personal performance and creating personal power begins with a mental strength mindset and empowering beliefs.  Reaching your personal goals starts in the mind and finishes with peak performance…taking massive action.
This is one in a series of mental strength life coaching tips to help start your week of strong so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success. How important is possessing peak performance competency to achieving your personal goals and personal success? What do the top achievers in your field do to continually increase their level of competence and capabilities? I have peak performance competence in my area of expertise, but I’m still getting average results. Peak performance competence leads to achieving personal goals and personal success.
Great capabilities and competence come from apply mental strength to continue to study and experience. On a scale of 1 to 9, 9 being the highest, how competent are you in your profession? How competent are you compared to people you respect most in your line of business?

With that in mind here are 8 simple electrical safety tips to be passed on to children – and explained by someone who knows this field they should sink in even better. Always switch off electric games and equipment such as X-Boxes and Playstations at bedtime. Someone (definitely a grown-up) should regularly check household wires and cables for damage, as well as sockets and plugs. When playing on a console or sitting by the TV kids might spill a drink leading to inevitable danger of damage to equipment and harm to them. It’s important for kids to know that if they are making toast and it gets stuck in the toaster, they must unplug it before trying to get their breakfast out. This is particularly important if you have an electric oven, as it might not be obvious when the hob is switched on.

With consoles, PCs, TVs, stereos and other electrical devices kids might be tempted to pack loads of plugs into a socket or extension.

Otherwise liking your blog, I was a little bit disappointed how you linked guys using pointe shoes to transvestites. Although I think pointe work is unnecessary for boys (thera-bands and releves works by me), I can also see the use of it. I can’t remember any of my classmates saying that pointe work was intrinsically painful after the first year or so.

Also the passing down of the shoe can only b done if u used the shoe only a couple of times at the most, since it will mold to fit your feet after some uses, it is also important that the shoe is not yet broken so the alterations needed for that person can be done.

I will start by letting you in on the most famous one, the loved, and trust me oh, so hated pointe shoe. Once the right shoe is discovered, the dancer learns how to properly pull out of the shoe, and the feet are calloused and strong, there shouldn’t be pain. After a while, they started experimenting with dancing on their toes – or en pointe, as the terminology says. Many dancers are used to this pain, it’s a part of the game, and so they simply ignore it. It was a picture of someone doing otherwise than what is usual, but I see that it is a bad connection. Personally I don’t have any problems with Gaynors, I think they look well, appreciate the modern technology Gaynor adds to the fauna of pointe-shoes, and generally like them.
