The American society functions on tax payer dollars, and it is an unfortunate truth that all citizens must somehow pay money to make money. The Earned Income Tax Credit supplies a healthy amount of cash back for tax payers who make less than $14,820 if they are single head of household citizens without children in the 2015 tax year and up to $47,747 if they are single head of household tax payers with three or more children. Jared Leto’s turn in Suicide Squad is the latest reminder that the technique has become more about ego and marketing than good performances.
Of all the stories surfacing about the new DC Comics film Suicide Squad—from the dismal reviews to the box-office reports—the most disconcerting are the ones that detail how Jared Leto got into his role as the Joker. Watching Leto tell one disturbing tale after another makes one thing abundantly clear: Method acting is over. I bought a PlayStation 4, set it up, heard the game I wanted to play had been delayed, put it away.
In the shadow of a steep ridge dusted with gray-purple fronds, I discovered the monolith, which taught me a single word in the language of its alien makers.
The Republican nominee’s staffers and party officials will meet in Orlando during a turbulent month, Politico reports.
Donald Trump’s campaign and Republican National Committee officials will be gathering in Orlando on Friday for an “emergency meeting,” Politico reports. In recent weeks, a steady trickle of Republicans have come to Clinton’s side, and a number of Republicans have vented frustrations over the party’s nominee. The history of science has been distorted by a longstanding conviction that correct theories about nature are always the most elegant ones. Imagine you’re a scientist with a set of results that are equally well predicted by two different theories. This, it’s often said, is just where you need a hypothetical tool fashioned by the 14th-century English Franciscan friar William of Ockham, one of the most important thinkers of the Middle Ages. Occam’s razor is often stated as an injunction not to make more assumptions than you absolutely need. In tough times, people want more in a leader than intelligence, integrity, or the ability to build really tall walls.
According to an evolutionary theory proposed by a pair of psychologists, charisma is the ability to convince followers that you can get other members of a wider group to cooperate. Each year, I keep a running list of exceptional nonfiction that I encounter as I publish The Best of Journalism, an email newsletter that I curate weekly for its subscribers. Republicans are rallying behind Jason Lewis, a radio provocateur famous for racist and misogynistic rants who's running for Congress. With Donald Trump scorching the land like a political Agent Orange, it’s easy to forget about all the juicy House races also underway. A Democratic landslide in November could flip a dozen or more legislative majorities that Republicans captured during the Obama era.
Donald Trump’s recent plunge in the polls has tempted Democrats to widen their dreams for a big night in November.
But there could be a Trump effect in another 2016 battleground that could shape the electoral landscape much further into the future: the elections for control of state legislatures.
The wave elections of 2010 and 2014 that gave Republicans majorities in Congress also handed them the levers of power in state governments across the country. At the age of seven, Henry Gustav Molaison was involved in an accident that left him with severe epilepsy. A documentary explores the promise and perils of the un-indexed internet—a space for hidden revolutions, drugs, terrorism, and child pornography. It turns out that yes, US corporations face a very high corporate tax rate; but many are extremely good at not paying it. As a group, the 288 corporations examined paid an effective federal income tax rate of just 19.4 percent over the five-year period — far less than the statutory 35 percent tax rate. One hundred and eleven of the 288 companies paid zero or less in federal income taxes in at least one year from 2008 to 2012.
Of those corporations in our sample with significant offshore profits, two thirds paid higher corporate tax rates to the foreign governments in the countries where they operate than they paid in the U.S. I figured I should provide the list of the 26 companies that paid zero, or less than zero, in taxes during that time frame. You're probably wondering how some of these large US corporations are able to get away with such a low tax burden. This study piggybacks on last year's Senate committee investigation into the tactics large technology firms use to avoid paying corporate income taxes in the US and elsewhere. Most of the loopholes that these corporations exploit to eliminate their tax burdens are legal and the result of legislation passed over the years by both Congress and various Presidents. In aggregate, corporate taxes covered over 25% of federal spending during the 1950s and 20% during the 1960's, but have since been continuously falling. Corporate tax avoidance may have benefits to shareholders, but it also comes with significant societal costs. Less influential corporations also lose in this environment, as large variations within industries provide benefits to some companies at the expense of others. Compounding the problem, companies are not forced to provide a straightforward statement of what they have paid in federal taxes on US profits.

Suspending bank forclosures may aleviate some of the issues out there right now, but I think it all comes back to what people can reeally afford and sustain.
Still, it’s better than the east and west coast, especially the superheated cities, where the state taxes and local sales taxes are also the highest. Joey, the markets cannot be declared a failure if the banks and GSE were taking huge risks with the implicit backing of the Federal Gov’t.
Well I’ll tell you this, I for one am not gonna give up my to 60inch plasma screens and my awesome chilled beer keg. What we all need to understand is that we’re all connected, as cliche as that sounds, but we are.
Finally, I do agree that some Americans got tremendously greedy, especially, those house-flippers and mortgage brokers, and there’s enough blame to go around. What you seem to be missing here is that freedom by nature is going to produce different results. If I am an entrepreneur who is willing to put my house, fortune, and credibility on the line in order to pursue my economic interests, am I not entitled to the fruits of my labor? I would like to point out that the percentages listed above in the chart add up to 117.41%.

To make myself clearer (after I read my comments after posting I thought I could be misunderstood), when I talk about unreported income, I am talking about those who perhaps are self-employed.
Many people have learned to use the tax system to make their incomes appear lower than they actually would be, also.
That is part of the reason why we cannot just take for granted that certain people make better earnings than others. When I was young and going to have a baby, I worked with a few others who were in the same situation as me, and we both worked the same job, and our husbands both worked the same jobs. Under the Fair Share Tax Proposal, total government taxes (revenues) as a percent of GDP would be increased by about 10% from 2001-2010 levels back to where they were during the Clinton years.
Combining the Fair Share Tax Reform with all the Spending Reforms below would allow elimination of the federal deficit by 2025. This year the our governments spent about $760 billion on healthcare (Medicare, Medicaid, and Chip). Full annual benefits, starting at age 70 would be $18,000 for all unmarried persons or $30,000 for a married couples. The above change in benefits would be delayed until 2024 and then phased in over 10 years, to give workers the opportunity to adjust fund their tax-free accounts and otherwise adjust their retirement planning accordingly.
Under the Fair Share Tax Plan, the regressive and indirect current payroll (Social Security) taxes are ended. Below are selected federal government spending cuts derived from the Simpson-Bowles report as described at the New York Times website.A  I have selected the spending cuts that look sensible to me and excluded those that are already covered under the spending cuts outlined above. Many economists argue that farm subsidies distort the workings of the market and largely flow to big agricultural businesses. In the past decade, both the number of federal employees and the number of contractors rose.
The chairmen called for a series of smaller cuts, including eliminating some agencies, cutting research funds for fossil fuels, reducing funds for the Smithsonian and the National Park Service, eliminating certain regional subsidies, and eliminating the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools. The costs of the disability insurance program, which is administrated by the Social Security Administration, have been rising rapidly. Some economists believe that the Consumer Price Index overstates inflation, giving Social Security recipients larger cost-of-living increases than necessary.
Over the last 30 years federal non-discretionary spending as a percent of GDP has been cut in half to about 2.5% of GDP. The biggest threats to state and local government budgets are that there areA over-generous salaries, benefits, and retirement plans for some government workers.
State and local governments should improve public education, especially in the worst schools. Under the Fair Share Tax Reform, total government taxes (revenues) would be increased about 10% (as a percent of GDP compared to the 2001-10 period, under the Bush tax cuts), although taxes on the typical taxpayer (in fact, the bottom 80%) would be reduced substantially. The proposed Spending Reforms below, once mostly implemented (after 2020), reduce total government spending by about 18% below current levels (the 2001-10 period), to on average 17.0% percent of GDP.
If the Fair Share Tax Reform was joined with the Spending Reforms proposed below on this page, our National Debt would start to drop (as a percent of GDP) immediately and could be entirely paid off by 2040. CLICK HERE to see the spreadsheet with the calculations that produced the chart below for the Federal Budget. A bit of history: President Clinton's tax increases - which had the wealthy pay something closer to their fair share - balanced the federal budget and produced our first federal surplus in decades.

FAIR SHARE TAX REFORM - A comprehensive tax reform plan for federal, state and local governments, that reduces total taxes on the working-poor and middle-class by thousands each year, encourages stable economic growth, vastly simplifies our tax laws, and slashes the national debt.
There are times when the government generously rewards you with a wealthy tax return, but other times you may be slammed with an unanticipated paycheck owed to the IRS just because you made a little more money than you did last year. Married couples may also be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit if they file jointly and make less than $20,330 for a combined household without children or up to $53,267 for a combined household income and three or more children. Leto was reportedly so committed to the part that he gifted the cast and crew with a litany of horrible items: used condoms, a dead pig, a live rat.
Not the technique itself, which has fueled many of cinema’s greatest performances and can be a useful way of approaching difficult roles. Not only does that total beat the better-reviewed Deadpool (84 percent on Rotten Tomatoes), which I loved, it smashed the August box office records previously set in 2014 by Guardians of the Galaxy, which I really loved.
A year later, I set it up again, preordered the game, downloaded it overnight, and woke up early on Tuesday, August 9, to leap immediately into the cockpit of a dinky starship crashed on the surface of a poison planet, my 100 percent unique starting point in a virtual cosmos that is—the game’s makers assure us—functionally infinite. On Wednesday, the Clinton campaign also formally acknowledged anti-Trump Republicans in an effort dubbed Together for America. Called Ochkam’s razor (more commonly spelled Occam’s razor), it advises you to seek the more economical solution: In layman’s terms, the simplest explanation is usually the best one.
They want someone who can make a compelling pitch and inspire a sense of urgency—someone with charisma. These researchers found that exposure to charisma increased generosity: Subjects who saw a ted talk by a charismatic speaker later gave more money to a stranger than did those who saw an uncharismatic one. Among the most competitive: the battle for Minnesota’s 2nd, a swingy sort of district in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities. A landslide victory for Hillary Clinton, they now believe, could bring with it control of the U.S. Thirty-one out of the nation’s 50 governors are Republicans, and the GOP now controls a record 69 out of 99 state legislative chambers. Twenty years later, a surgeon named William Scoville tried to cure him by removing parts of his brain. As revealed through Dittrich’s extensive reporting and poetic prose, Molaison’s tale is one of ethical dilemmas that not only influenced his famous surgery but persisted well beyond his death in 2008. I'm sure you've all heard the argument that corporate tax rates are too high, and if only rates were lower, it would stimulate businesses, allowing for a whole array of positives. In a recent report, they looked at the profits and federal income taxes of the 288 Fortune 500 companies that were consistently profitable in each of the five years from 2008 to 2012. A third of the corporations (93) paid an effective tax rate of less than ten percent over that period. In the years they paid no income tax, these 111 companies earned $227 billion in pretax profits. Beltway that America’s corporate income tax is more burdensome than the corporate income taxes levied by other countries, and that this purported (but false) excess burden somehow makes the U.S. After all, as one well-known financial educator once told me, it's not about how much companies make, it's about how much they keep. Much of it has to do with the many tax loopholes and special breaks they enjoy, which are often unavailable to all but the most influential organizations -- those with the resources to employ lobbyists and throw money into the political arena.
The committee found that some extremely profitable domestic-based multinational firms are able to legally shift (on paper) their US profits to foreign tax havens where little or no actual business takes place. It would be natural to place blame on the "system" for providing an environment and incentive structure that allows certain industries and corporations to behave the way they do.
Many of us believe in the incredible power of free markets, yet what exists, in reality, is far from a free marketplace. Information is available in aggregate, but companies often use cryptic disclosures in their annual reports. I have followed the markets over the past couple years and agree that eventhough prices have drastically come down, they still seem over-inflated.
When your parents bought their first home for 5,000 back in the 40’s, how much of a stretch was that for them? I own a home in Texas and the math that this article dishes out about the average Texan paying 200K for a home is pure Baloney!
Just the other day, we forfeited eating out, met at a friend’s house, played board games and cooked our own meal.
Truth is many people dream of working for themselves but for whatever reason never seem to try. The true dream is having time off to spend with family, go on trips, fly kites, climb trees…all that fun stuff. What we need is to abandon old ideals of using our time to work for others so they get rich and we get by, and give that time to those who are desperate for it – family, friends, and ourselves. YOU SEE JERK, THAT YOU DONT OWN OR CONTROL ONE VERY IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF YOUR LIFE AND THAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE OUTCOME. Why should one person be looked down on because they make more money than another, when they are actually working their *** off. This could be a home business, or someone who has a business but does not report all income.
If that's true, then someone investing $10k per year at an annual average return of 11% would have a little over $700k after 20 years. Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) commonly make distributions equal to the sum of their . Even if you’re not changing the size of the windows, new ones will make an amazing difference in the feel of your house from the inside, and the curb appeal from the outside.
Your house will stay cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter, meaning you pay less for energy usage. They are used to create the above graph and the accompanying Government Budget Spreadsheet page. When President Eisenhower, former Supreme Allied Commander during World War II, left office during an earnest Cold War with a nuclear-armed industrial giant committed to our destruction, we were spending 50% less on the military (adjusted for inflation). Health-care spending per person in Japan and the western Europe is about half of what we pay here, AND they have better outcomes with better life expectancies (link, link).
If a small part of that was invested in the taxpayer's simple tax-free account (for education and retirement; established automatically for all employees, with an opt-out provision), then almost all workers would retire in great shape.
It would reduce projected Social Security spending by about $115 billion (about 4%) when completely phased in and going forward. The values listed are the expected savings for 2015 if the cuts were enacted and total $124 billion for that year. As the Congressional Budget Office has noted, advocates of reducing the subsidies argue that doing so a€?could help small farms indirectly, slowing the ratea€? of consolidation. Would also reduce the number of Minuteman missiles and funding for nuclear research and development, missile development and space-based missile defense. This option would cut disability spending by 5 percent by focusing on states with the loosest standards.
This option would use a different, lower inflation measure both for Social Security and in the tax code (thus pushing more households into higher brackets over time).
Non-discretionary spending funds things like basic science research, road and railways, environmental protection, sustainable energy research, education, and job training - all critical to future economic growth. Thus, two dollars of spending would be cut for every dollar in total tax increases under the proposed Fair Share Tax Reform. On that page you can download the spreadsheet and see how the National Debt changes if you change tax rates and shift budget priorities.
In order to avoid giving up hundreds and sometimes thousands of hard earned dollars each year during tax season, there are a handful of personal habits and major life decisions to consider before submitting that final form. Eligible taxpayers should also have a valid social security number, be a citizen of the United States, be filing as an independent, be between the ages of 25 and 65, and meet the income requirements for the associated tax year. Please seek advice from a qualified professional prior to making any financial decisions based on the information provided. To get into the character’s twisted mindset, he also watched footage of brutal crimes online. But Leto’s stories show how going to great lengths to inhabit a character is now as much a marketing tool as it is an actual technique—one used to lend an air of legitimacy, verisimilitude, and importance to a performance no matter its quality. I haven’t seen it, but I’ve sat through the preview roughly a dillion times this year, and Jared Leto’s cackling psycho hipster routine did not improve with repetition. Then, I went roving on the planet’s surface—layered with deadly miasma, no big deal—to gather the minerals required to fix my ship. For decades, scholars have struggled to define this X factor, but they are developing a better idea of how it works.
And thinking about a charismatic person (versus an acquaintance) made people more likely to cooperate with a stranger. I could not read or note every worthy article that was published last calendar year and I haven't included any paywalled articles or anything published at The Atlantic.
Although represented since 2003 by Republican John Kline (who is retiring), the 2nd is more purple than red and narrowly went for Obama in 2012. Senate and dramatically shrink the party’s gap with Republicans in the House—if not flip it entirely. The gains the party made in 2010 were particularly crucial, as they allowed Republicans to dominate the redistricting process that occurred after the decennial Census in a way that locked in their gains in the U.S. It’s a story about more than just the life of one man or the root of memory; it’s also about how far people are willing to go for scientific advancement, and the human cost of that progress.
Proponents of this thesis will draw attention to the fact that the US has the highest corporate income tax rate in the industrialized world, currently at 39.1% (based on the 35% federal rate and the average rate levied by US states), see chart below. As you can see, the share of pretax profits that corporations are paying in taxes is near the lowest level in history. These companies generated so many excess tax breaks that they reported negative taxes and many received tax rebate checks from the US Treasury. The tax breaks claimed by the companies in this study are highly concentrated in the hands of a select few. This is done through the use of artificial transactions in which US companies shift revenues to foreign subsidiaries located in low or no-tax jurisdictions. But we must remember that the legislation allowing for these abuses was enacted largely in response to corporate lobbying and campaign support. As corporate tax payments fall as a share of government revenue, the general public must either pay more for basic services, receive less, or deal with a mounting debt burden to inevitably be placed on future generations. In addition to the manipulation of the economy as a whole, government favoritism distorts private investment across and within industries. This makes the task of determining whether they are paying their fair share extremely difficult.
My concern is that we have entered a downward spiral of bankrupcy, forclosure, and jobloss which will continue to compound the housing values…which may not be a bad thing, but for someone purchasing their first home, makes me a bit weary.
I dont mean to play devils advocate but if people only average 46,000 year, why do they accept the price of a 200K home? Banks are pivotal to the economy and I can attest that executives working at them deserve to have the most incredible lives with everything imaginable for them and their children. Reality is that we will only continue to increase the cost of things to pad business pockets and require the public to shell out more and more money. The article doesn’t come close to analyzing my brilliant situation, so allow me to let you in on the New American Dream.
Next become an expert in one particular aspect of computer technology (for me it’s eLearning).
You can go into companies and recommend things that they do, instead of doing them yourself.
To get a truly honest figure of wages, I believe we would have to have all of that included, and honestly, we also have to have certain benefits included. Also, I always say, the problem is not that some people are making too much…it is that a lot of people are not making enough. They MUST have lied about their income, since they somehow qualified for WIC and I did not. Replacement windows make one of the biggest differences in your home, so it is always a good idea to put new windows at the top of your list. Most new windows feature a tilt-in feature so you can clean them as often as you like instead of once a year. They’re also fast, getting your windows ready to install within 7 business days of your order, and they offer financing to make it easy on your budget. Reform of government expenditures - using that tax income sensibly - is also critical to the future of our nation.

The proposed spending cuts, once fully implemented, would reduce total government spending (federal, state, municipal), measured as a percent of GDP, by almost 20% compared to average 2001-2010 levels. Despite the revenue increases, taxes on the typical taxpayer (in fact, the bottom 80%) would be reduced substantially. He warned against the defense industry hijacking government in his Military-Industrial Complex farewell address.
Within the United States, around the the city of Seattle and at the Mayo Clinic, they spend about 30% less per Medicare patient than the national average, AND have better results. Social Security could be viewed as a safety net to assure that no-one who contributed to the economy over a lifetime lives their retirement years in poverty. Early initiation of Social Security benefits, as early as age 60, reduces annual benefits. Eligibility for full benefits would require 40 years of filing a tax return with an income corresponding to at least full-time work at the minimum wage (during the transition, payment of the a€?olda€? Social Security payroll tax would count as a year toward the 40) OR a lifetime declared income of $6 million (in 2014 dollars) with at least 10 years of filing an at-least-minimum-wage tax return. Supporters note that growing numbers of workers are classified as disabled, though the average job is less physically taxing. The American Society of Civil Engineers has given the nationa€™s infrastructure an overall grade of D. Governments must honor commitments already made but should request give-backs (eg to avoid layoffs) where appropriate. The Spending Plan includes a 20% increase beyond inflation in state and municipal education spending phased in over 5 years.
Alternatively, we could drive the National Debt down to 40% of GDP and cut working-poor and middle class taxes even more substantially starting in about 2030.
Early initiationA  of Social Security benefits, as early as age 60, reduces annual benefits.
The Republicans then cut taxes on the wealthy, started running up the national debt, and we now have the worst economy and bleakest employment prospects in 80 years. Here are 9 ways to get huge tax credits on events and items that you may not have thought of. Earned income accounts for all tips, wages, income generated from self-employment, as well as income received from disability. Leto’s Joker is the latest evidence that the prestige of method acting has dimmed—thanks to the technique’s overuse by those seeking award-season glory or a reputation boost, as well as its history of being shaped by destructive ideas of masculinity.
When the film scored a horrible 26 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, I figured I was in the clear—OK, bad movie, don’t have to see it, back to waiting for Black Panther.
It is seen as a prime target for Democrats to flip, and the party set its sights on the seat over a year ago, even before Kline announced his departure.
Everyone he met, every conversation he had, everything that happened to him would just evaporate from his mind. These companies' negative tax rates for that period means they made more after taxes than before.
According to CTJ, "…25 companies claimed $174 billion in tax breaks over the five years between 2008 and 2012. There is no way to get around the fact that declining revenues from corporate income taxes place additional burden on other taxpayers to make up the deficit.
Investment and advancement, therefore, do not occur in line with the efficiencies that free markets encourage.
Maybe it's not surprising, considering the negative publicity that would accompany true disclosure of tax liabilities. These are things I would like to learn to compare with where we are today and where we came from.
Poor people are disgusting and should imprisoned to make higher profits for the finance captains and our well-to-do deserving families. Remember it is no more morally right to take a man’s wealth through legislation than it is with a gun. I do not want to rain on anyones parade, but facts HAVE to add up, or it is just another internet hoax. But one gets the feeling that the middle class is greedy too and it is grumbling because it has not got the benefits of greed. I hear of people who own a business who take the WHOLE family to Disney World for a 4 day vacation, and write it off as a business deduction.
We are now spending more than FIVE times that spent by the next most militarized country, China. Some regions spend twice as much per Medicare patient as do other regions and have worse results.
If we wish to save this nation from economic disaster, we simply need to end the unrestrained and wasteful transfer of taxpayer money to the military-medical-industrial complex.
Partial benefits are prorated down to 25% benefits for 10 years of at-least-minimum-wage work (or $1.5 million lifetime declared income with at least 5 years of filing an at-least-minimum-wage tax return). Opponents say it is less accurate for the elderly, who buy a different mix of goods and services than other households. To ensure future economic prosperity, the federal government's spending on infrastructure, research, and the environment should be tripled and 150 billion added to federal education spending. Going forward, statute should limit total compensation to those available for equivalent work in the private sector.

I agree that the premise for the article SEEMS right, but that is not enough to make any conclusions until the facts are presented.
The only job I can find is one as an EMT at a transport company and even there I only got a part-time position. Physician incentives to profit more from every test and procedure they prescribe must be blunted. Together this would cost an extra 380 billion in 2014 and further increased 2% beyond inflation each year going forward.
Good thing those advantaged companies have the ability to lobby for not only tax advantages, but also the right to not disclose the impact of those advantages (sarcasm intended).
The best thing is I get to work from home in my Mansion that I bought in 02 for 500k which is still now valued at over 1.3 million. I cannot assume that because I was not there over those 8 years to personally see how you acquired how you got where you are today. The same reason you should not assume that these individuals who are commenting negatively are not making it in our society because they are lazy and not doing enough or anything at all and that’s why they are in these bad positions in the first place because YOU WERE NOT THERE to see why they are only making 50k or less! Nobody forced the average household to take on massive debt in the form of credit cards and loans. How can people in the top 3rd live with themselves when there are people like me and people even worse off.
Funny thing about averages: they may not be close to what the actual number is for the given situation.
I have tons of work experience in many different areas and so far I make more money facepainting at Birthday parties than working a real job. States pay about one-third of all Medicaid costs and should realize similar savings on those expenditures. All this additional spending is included in the pay down of the national debt pictured at the top of this page. The corporations certainly induced and seduced the average American with dreams of luxury and consumerist paradise.
I’m not a bad person, I just try to better myself and seem to fall further and further behind because I have nothing to start with. My calculations phase in the 30% cut over 5 years and phase out spending on the Iraq an Afghanistan wars over the same period. Further, often the procedures are done in centers that the physician owns, so he gets both the hospital fee and procedure fee. Depression, recession bring it on, there are always opportunities if you seek them out and get off the couch! YES I believe the government is to blame for alot of things wrong and our housing prices are ridiculous in alot of states but alot of these people are working their butt’s off and it is still JUST NOT ENOUGH TO the next month. For the past few decades Americans have acquired an inflated sense of entitlement and this persists even in these tough times. Only a year ago I was living in a city paying $800 a month for rent, $300 for a gas bill, and $100 a month for electric just to live in a dump. Where possible, the decision to test or treat should be made by one physician who does not profit from that decision. And since your cocky egotistical sounding personality(not saying that that’s what you are definitly like)but that is how you come across! We have a very small buget for entertainment so we take hikes, go fishing and do things that are free.
Although, the other day I was driving home from work and I saw a woman who crashed her car into an excursion carrying a man and his 7 year-old daughter. Perhaps more physicians need to be paid with generous annual salaries, rather than per test and operation. Since you seem to have all or most of the answers than please provide us with some clue on how to get out of our ruts;you do work at a bank, tell us please the best possible way to go when it comes to our money and some possible ways to get ahead. Unless that is that you are to good for cry-baby neandrathols like us and refuse to give a helpful suggestion to your fellow man kind who also wish the government would consider our situations too.The economy sucks and the Gov.
There are places hiring everywhere most of them are lower paying jobs but the cost of living is also much lower. I am a hard working guy making roughly the average income and my tax dollars are being applied to this jobless womans necessities. Rather than talking about herself, all she could think about was how angry her husband would be that she wrecked the car. Iam happy for your success but alot of us are working really hard and still are not even close to your more than efficiant lifestyle.
You will allways make new friends and you can allways visit your family. In my opinion people in California pay way too much for there houses. Then she told me that last time she messed up she had her face knocked in and was put in intensive care for a month. Learn how to have some compassion for the other citizens in this country that are working their tails off but it’s still not working out. I guess the point I am trying to get across is that I see people on the worst day of their life all the time, and there are times when money doesn’t help you.
Let’s remember, the largest population would be the middle class (who are the ones struggling the most due to lack of assistance) Personally, as a middle class citizen I think that you should only be able to recieve something you personally have paid into.
Some people even get angry at us for saving their lives because they know that life isn’t going their way. It is hard for me to make sense in this comment because there are so many things running through my head at the moment but i jsut want people to realize that life is worth living and there are ways to make it work without money. As sure as I say that, there is someone out there with even more expensive utensils than that.
So everyone out there having a hard time, Take control of your life work hard and change it. I am lucky enough to come back because I had a child and my family wants her to have a good quality of life.
I guess the difference is that we would sell everything that we owned and do without if someone in our family needed it.
Also, remember that it is easier for someone to pull you down to their level than up to it, so surround yourself with good people.
