This is an ultimate list of 30 time-tested and proven “do-it-yourself” techniques to help make The Law of Attraction work for you. You will find a practical example for each of these tools to help you understand how to use them more effectively.  I’ve chosen “attracting love” as an example. Using a focus wheel can aid the acquisition of a momentum of gratitude that alters your belief system and behaviour, and helps to ultimately attract more of what you want in life.
Example: Think of an aspect in your life in which you feel loved and produce sentences (to write on your focus wheel) that describe this situation. Example: If you are trying to attract a soul mate, you may want to put pictures of a happy couple, of a house you will live in, of what your bedroom might look like etc. You can use the dream board to help you visualize you dream, but you can also do that without it.
Regular mindfulness practice will help you reach peace of mind and wellbeing, greater focus, and a more positive outlook on life. Brainwave entrainment is a scientifically proven way to influence your conscious awareness.
Example:  Download a brainwave entrainment audio and listen to it to learn and experience its brain enhancing benefits. This is similar to a gratitude list, but it is an expanded version and you can also add all the things that you are looking forward to. Example:  “Mom and dad coming to visit next weekend” or “Going out with my friends on Saturday”. After setting a goal, it helps to share it with others to send a message to the universe that you are serious about this goal and to get support of your loved ones. Example: Tell your best friend that you are ready for a new relationship, and that you will start looking for love. Sometimes it help to choose a small object, filled with positive energy, and carry it around to remind you of what you are trying to attract. Example:  This could be that bracelet that your friends gave you for your birthday with love, and whenever you wear it you feel attractive and happy. You can use EFT (Tapping) to clear resistance (old blocks or limiting beliefs that contradicts your desire).
Example:  Repeat love affirmations and reminder phrases while tapping various acupressure points on your body with your fingers. Audio books are a great way to get the information and the motivation that you need on the go. Your Intention Point is basically the “meeting ground” between your heart and your mind. When you activate your Intention Point you manifest from a higher energy vibration so things come faster and easier.
Example: Your friend met a “special someone”?  Be happy for them, ask questions, make positive comments.
Example: Do not complain that you haven’t found “the one” yet, do not make every second of your life about finding a partner, continue living your life and being happy. Example:  Make a list of qualities that you want your partner to have and what will be important to you in your relationship. Example:  Have a friend who doesn’t believe in life and is always complaining that it is impossible to find a soul mate. When you’re able to free yourself of the stresses and obstacles caused by disorganization, you’ve just paved a clear path to everything you want in life. Example: Throw away old things in your house that trap a lot of negative energy, like old clothes, magazines, newspapers etc. Example:  You may want to read romance novels that will help your image yourself being in a relationship.
The Universe will send you what you’ve asked for, your job is to be ready to receive it and not to stand in your own way. In fact, when I first started using the Law of Attraction, it just didn’t work for me, I just couldn’t get it to work for me…until I discovered this concept which filled in all the missing pieces for me.

For example, people often talk about making decisions with their heart or mind, where the former refers to an emotionally influenced choice and the latter to a logical, fact-based approach.
Well, there’s a space in between the heart and mind—a space where the dialogue between the heart and mind will always occur.
It is ‘half way’ between these separate but equally important parts of you, so you don’t define it in terms of either the heart or the mind. When I talk about the Universe responding to you, what it is really responding to is this sacred space of your Intention Point. If it’s unbalanced, it won’t send the right signals out to the Universe, and you’ll struggle to manifest the reality you’re looking to inhabit.
Of course, you might be worried that a lack of balance in your Intention Point is bound to drag you down no matter what. Thankfully, you can do a lot to actively influence your Intention Point, balance it, and send out a coherent message to the Universe — a message that clearly and forcefully asks for what you want and deserve.
The position of a healthy Intention Point differs for a man and a woman, and when you find your own Intention Point it can tell you a lot about what might be causing your internal imbalance.
For example, some positions are suggestive of an excess of manic energy (causing problems like anxiety), while others tend to be associated with a dearth of positive energy (leading to sometimes profound depression or lethargy).
Once you’ve found your Intention Point and understood what it can tell you about the areas you need to work on, there are wonderful exercises that I’ve discovered can shift the Intention Point and bring it to a place that promotes happiness, balance, and a fruitful ongoing dialogue between your heart and mind (and therefore with the Universe). Some of them can be done physically, without any props, and so you can do them in your car or at work — wherever you feel you need a boost in positive energy or notice you’re struggling to access your intuition. It takes a while to get used to sensing and adapting your Intention Point, and there are things you need to learn that will give you a better sense of how small, repetitive daily choices can permanently move your Intention Point so that its default position is healthy. I’ve spent a long time working out which approaches really work, and I know from trial and error how to really attune a person with their Intention Point. By making small but precise shifts every day, you can end up facilitating a constantly productive dialogue between your heart and mind—one that will never fail to help you get what you want. As I suggested above, I truly believe that understanding the nature of your Intention Point is what makes the difference between successfully manifesting and failing at manifesting. Complete and utter faith in the Universe’s ability to provide you with all that you envision in your mind and unfaltering gratitude for what you have already got is one step toward using the Law Of Attraction properly. It is not uncommon for those who have been enlightened by the Law Of Attraction to have accumulated great sums of wealth unknowingly.
Those who have attracted great wealth into their life might have unlocked the powers of the Law of Attraction to attract great ‘wealth’ into all areas of their life – striving for inner peace and attracting positive energy into their love life, family, health and businesses.
Too many of us have been bought up with the understanding that great ‘wealth’ is something reserved for a select few people and for everyone else, financial struggle and lack is ‘accepted’. Here is a good question to ask yourself: Have you ever known anyone that always seems at ease about money? These occurrences of the ‘wealthy-minded’ are no coincidence, they are the result of a mind that is so focused on wealth and the abundance of it, that they are openly attracting more and more of it into their life.
Did you know… Money is energy. The world is not simply divided into those can accumulate wealth and those who will never accumulate it. You are not pre-destined to a life of hardship and struggle; you alone are responsible for how much income you welcome into your life. 1, The Secret is the law of attraction! Everything that’s coming into your life you are attracting into your life. 6, You want to become aware of your thoughts and choose your thoughts carefully and you want to hav  fun with this, because you are the masterpiece of your own life. 8,  The law of attraction says like attracts like, so when you think a thought, you are also attracting like thoughts to you. 9, The emotions are an incredible gift that we have to let us know what we’re thinking.
12, There is no greater power in the Universe than the power of love. The feeling of love is the highest frequency you can emit. 15, That a man can change himself…and master his own destiny is the conclusion of every mind who is wide-awake to the power of right thought.
18, If it is a new thought to you that gratitude brings your whole mind into closer harmony with the creative energies of the Universe, consider it well, and you will see that it is true.
20, As soon as you start to feel different about what you already have, you will start to attract more of the good things. 21, The daily practice of gratitude is one of the conduits by which your wealth will come to you. 22, It’s the feeling that really creates the attraction, not just the picture or the thought. 23, As you see the picture in your mind and feel it, you are bringing yourself to a place of believing you have it now. You shouldn’t be, because the great news is that the key to making everybody want you is no secret at all! Forget egotists and narcissists…it’s those that live their truth that have really got it going on. Regularly practicing acceptance in your life, mainly for yourself – but also for your life and for others – can make for a more centred, more peaceful and graceful you. Have you ever hung around someone that finds it easy to accept change, mistakes or unnerving situations with extraordinary acceptance and calm?
In a fast-paced, stress fraught world such as ours these people are akin to a cool glass of water on a scorching hot day.
Have you ever noticed how the people you want to be around the most are always happy with what they’ve got? You see, when you live in a spirit of gratitude you subconsciously train your mind to always look for the positives.
When a person is unafraid to love, when they are able to give their love boldly and generously – then they are truly irresistible. So why not fall deeper in love with your life, your family, everything that comes your way?
And another important part of personal growth that will help you shine is to never stop learning. Try writing in a gratitude journal or just taking a few minutes before you go to bed to think of all the good things that happened to you that day. Like “I love my fabulously supportive sister who has complete confidence in my ability to shine”.
Cut out (or print out) pictures and words that represent your goal, and stick them to a board. Tip: do not focus on physical characteristics of your perfect partner too much (like hair or eye color), it is more about what your lifestyle will be like and how he would make you feel.
Just close your eyes and try to imagine your dream coming true, focus on the details and the feeling that you would have. It will help you achieve a state of intense mental focus needed to manifest your dreams into reality.
Decide that this bracelet will be a reminder of your goal to find love, wear it when you go out to reconnect with your confidence and determination or hold it during visualisations.
Sometimes we don’t get exactly what we want because we were not clear enough about it when we were sending out messages to the Universe. Remind yourself that relationships, just like life in general, don’t have to be perfect to be amazing. You can also read books about the Law of Attraction to discover the best methods of using LOA tools to attract what you want. And until then use this time to enjoy your freedom and get to know yourself outside of a relationship better. Try to imagine what the environment smells like or if you touch objects what do they feel like under your hands? It is the epicenter of your energy, and it influences absolutely everything—from your emotions to your personal strength, your posture, your health and your vitality. As just mentioned, however, your heart and mind are not always in agreement, and your Intention Point is not always balanced.
Worse still, you will suffer physiologically, and will likely be hit with low mood, diminishing energy and a sense that you’re just stuck in a bad place.
I’ve learned how to do this in a simple way at home, without the help of a practitioner or the need to read any complex literature.
The Intention Point is simple in some respects, but there is lots of interesting science behind it, and there are also more specific lessons you can learn from the precise location of your Intention point.
The majority of us are programmed from childhood to believe that the richest amongst us are exceptional in some way or have obtained great wealth through negative means or extreme sacrifice. With total freedom an individual is left free to focus all of their mental energies on what it is that they truly want from life, free from the burdens and stress of bills, debts and back-breaking work. Someone who never complains about how they cannot afford something but instead, can always buy what they wish? For those who have been raised from a young age to believe that ‘money doesn’t grow on trees’ you will notice that income does not come as easily. Feel excited about money, feel thankful for what money you already have, rejoice in the knowledge that the bank of the Universe has unlimited wealth to offer you.

Arguably, the biggest excuse used by large numbers of unsatisfied workers is that they are unable to live out their dreams as a result of a lack of cash flow. If this is the case and you continually find yourself worrying about finances, bills and debt then you need to address these beliefs or lessons that were embedded in your mind within childhood. Someone who never gets nervous about picking up the bill or who seems to enjoy financial luck, finding $100 notes on the pavement or getting lucky with unexpected checks?
With time, practices such as meditation or simply learning to pay more attention to the ‘now’ will help you to embody more of that centred ‘calm’ that is so attractive to others. Increasing your gratitude, self-confidence and a positive outlook on life will help attract more people toward you. Whereas before this exercise you might be focusing on what you don’t have, your complaints, and your problems, you go in a different direction when you do this exercise. The universe will correspond to the nature of that inner feeling and manifest, because that’s the way you feel.
