One of the things I loved prior Sims game’s for was the ability to customize the whole neighborhood. Sadly, just playing the game is only going get you so far because Theme Park pushes in-app purchases pretty heavily. This whole "Free with no chance to play it without money" aka "Pay to win" along with the even worse: full price game with more IAP. I bet that when a publisher would release a game in two versions: Free and with in app purchases, or full priced, but all in fine game balance, they would at least be even! I wish they would just make 5-10 dollar games that are good instead of trying to drain people of 100 bucks in small increments over time, but some suckers fall for it, so they obviously keep pumping them out.
If you're like me and spent counless hours of your childhood playing the original, then give this a download and see just how depressed you can get. EA if you're reading: I'm one of the vast majority of people that will NEVER EVER buy a game with in-app purchases. I'll give EA more money just as soon as they update any of their previous games I bought which haven't been updated to work on any phones made in the past 12-18 months. EA, I loved you in the old days - my first gaming memory was hearing "EA Sports, it's in the game" on the Megadrive in 1995. Okay, so it's not a port of one of my favoured games, but I can live with that, if your alternative is any good. But the gameplay is slowed down to nothing thanks to a constant need for In-App Purchases, which ruin the game. I could maybe live with that, after an enjoyable-ish 10 minutes before going to work this morning.
But then I get on my tube, turn on the game, and get told repeatedly I need to be online so you can 'authorise' my session.
Probably not, I would look seriously at other options, specifically those with headphone jacks. Just want to mention that a Hungarian guy called Beczl is making a 3rd party addon for DCS: World, the combat simulator from Eagle Dynamics.

Its originality and vast variety of customization options set this game apart from any other game out there. Like I said before this series is all about making it your own but when it comes down to it your whole Sims life could be taken in a completely different direction because you do not get to choose the gender of your baby. Sure you can turn your console on and off until you get the right one but in all honesty it would be a lot easier if the option to choose male, female or random was available.
As unique as the game is already a cooperative mode could have been available same system or online so that players would be able to play with their friend no matter the distance. On previous titles, even on consoles, the player was able to go into any house on the game, use their own name, make the house look however they pleased and customize every Sim that lived there. There is cash to be had in the game, but a parallel currency system of tickets is used to construct many of the better attractions. It was very very good and was more about the business of running the park rather than designing rides like in Rollercoaster Tycoon. According to statistics which google offers to developers, freemium games are most popular because of the download count. I haven't yet, and I'm NOT going to download an app that forces me to inject real cash to play it. Let me play your game or don't let me play it, but don't tell me when and where I can use it. So that is why the provision that Eagle Dynamics have made for third-party add-ons is such an  exciting development.
I think a large part of the problem is the fact that the mainstream gaming press ignore them because they don’t understand them. In the future hopefully we’ll  demonstrate that these games are accessible, fun, and not as expensive as you might think.

It is just about the only game on the shelf that allows you to live a life that you completely sculpt yourself; from career, to house, to who is family and who is a friend… the choice is yours.
In a co-op mode players would be able to see their friend’s unique customization of property and Sims.

When the neighborhood was completely customized then all the characters you made interacted with each other instead of the random characters the game makes. And the sad thing is, most of the rides are premium rides unless you want a park filled with bouncy castle, french fry hut and heart maze.
Now people can make money from the mods they release, which will hopefully encourage more people to do it. If you reside in an EU member state besides UK, import VAT on this purchase is not recoverable. With the release of The Sims 3 and The Sims 3 Pet for consoles over the past two years I have been more than excited to get my hands on this iconic game again on my preferred system. It was similar to living in a house together (as we did in real life) except we got to do anything and everything we wanted. This would be a huge addition to the game that is sure to leave every fan happy; weather they prefer to play alone or not. This way the player was able to make all of their friend in real life, enemies as well, and make them all have the feelings towards each other that they would have in person. EA's newest game, predictably named Theme Park, lets you design the amusement park of your dreams.
To stay busy, you go around tapping on all sorts of things in your park to collect experience and money. So sad to see a greedy company completely ruin what might be a fun game to tinker with on your tablet or phone. I have grown addicted to learning every skill, completing every challenge, and getting to the top of every career path offered. The problem is that these in app purchases require a never ending stream of money to keep playing.
With that said there are still a few minor tweaks that would have made this game even better then the addiction it has already bestowed into my life. It is the biggest aspect of previous titles in The Sims series I wish were brought back for the past two titles released for consoles.
Don't ever get me started in games like Top Eleven where you have to pay money to actually compete against real people - so basically the richer you are the more you win.
