Before you start on your plan to conquer your bad eating habits, talk to a handful of people in your network of friends and family members who have changed unhealthy habits of their own.

Because when we are in a anxious state so upset, sad, angry, disappointed state we experiencing unhelpful thoughts where we make decisions that they not support us and that we tent to regret, because we squeeze ourselves with all this negative and unhelpful thoughts and emotions. BJ Fogg, founder of the Persuasive Technology Lab at Stanford University and the Fogg Behavior Model, says that to change any behavior, you need to focus on small, simple changes.
For example, if you want to change bad eating habits, focus on one thing at a time, like eating a piece of fruit in the morning every day instead of white toast.
