Table plan hanging tree, plans for building a child's step stool - How to Do

The table plan used a close up of a vinyl record as the background and then each table had its own vinyl record with a song title and the names of the guests, as if they were featured on the song, just as a normal vinyl record sticker would have. I really love the uniqueness of this table plan and love the way theme theme really follows though. I was really excited for this show as we had some new invitation designs on display and a lot more table plans and on the day stationery to show everyone. It really was a great show and I am so excited to get in touch with all the couples that we spoke to and I really hope to work with them as they plan their wedding. We have hung apothecary bottles from branches of trees, some couples have used them as decorations, other have used them as a giant wish tree, asking guests to write them a wish on a luggage tag and tie it around the neck of a bottle.
One of our brides had her childhood swing refurbished, it hung from a tree in her parents’ garden and we hung bottles around it.
The table plan was A2 in size, printed onto semi gloss 180gsm paper, which was then mounted onto a 5mm foam board and black ribbon put around the edge to finish it off. As always, the fingerprint trees were a popular item on display, along with the long vintage invitations and our 3 fold invitations with a perforated rsvp card.

This large white tree with individual hanging cards for each table is a really unique way of letting guests know where they are sitting. These include tiered wedding cakes, cupcakes towers, table plans, table names, mini tote bags, fingerprint trees and loads more. We followed the vinyl record theme throughout and I can’t tell you how excited I was to see the table plan all printed up and come to life. We created, place settings, a table plan, table names, a welcome poster and lots of signs to go around their venue. I love being part of wedding shows as you get to meet the different companies and see some of the great products they are supplying for weddings, and best of all we get to meet all the new couples planning for their up and coming big days. Even though I will miss making the cakes I am so excited about the future and my plans to build the company further, and introduce lots of new products and ideas.
Hanging bottles from trees filled with pretty roses and other blooms have been a popular choice with our couples.
There is a stunning tree in the garden which we hung hundreds of assorted apothecary bottles from, each with a single bloom in.

It was such a great way of displaying place settings and I think it adds extra decoration to the tables. We paired the printed table plan with a 20 x 24 inch ornate white frame which finished it off perfectly, and as the guests would read their names the diamantes that had been added throughout the snowflakes would sparkle.
We had more stationery on display and more table plans and posters which everyone seemed to really like, which was great. No two weddings are ever the same and I love hearing all their stories and the plans that they are making, and hopefully we can help them along the way with stationery and designs that they need.
They stock some beautiful gowns, many vintage inspired and I chose Tabitha by Charlotte Balbier in antique gold lace. The 6 tables were named after places we had travelled to together – Thailand, Cambodia, Dubai, Venice, Barcelona and of course Ibiza!
