"It was kind of a schizophrenic (laugh) experience actually because you're aware that there's someone else there but, wait a minute, that's someone else is you.  So you're bonding with yourself and you're having this musical synergy just as you would playing chamber music with another person, and so it kind of brings out, maybe perhaps a gestalt experience of all the different parts of yourself (laugh) at once."
