Easy to put on: It's hard to put on shoes when you're 8 months pregnant and can barely bend over.
They're slip on so you don't have to mess around with tying up laces (which is a pain the more pregnant you get). They also have surprisingly awesome arch support, which is a godsend when you're carrying around all that pregnancy weight.
If you get these, and aren't super pregnant already, I'd really recommend getting them in a half (or even FULL) size larger than what you currently wear. The only downside is that they wear out quickly if you wear them a lot, but they should last your whole pregnancy. These are nice even to wear around the house, because that extra pregnancy weight can take a toll even if you're just walking in the house all day.
