I seen these last night on the forum they look great but look very similar to the Dewalt ones but the lil extras take it to another level hopefully they will drop a lil after they come out then I will jump on one.
This does look alot like the dewalt but you have that milwaukee innovation, I just hope they drop the price a little then ill be all over it! Can anyone verify if the full width drawer (presumably for sockets) has double bearing slides?

The Milwaukee 46" Tool Chest and Cabinet as a system offers excellent tool storage capacity, outstanding durability, thoughtful design, and innovative features that are geared toward users that employ a combination of hand, power, and cordless tools. Whatever appears normal at first glance begins to quickly dissipate as you look around and open drawers. The tool cabinet’s power strip is on the outside and leaves open other possibilities. Rather than having long drawers in the bottom tool cabinet, Milwaukee gave us one wide shallow drawer on top and split the rest. Each of the 8 drawers on the top chest have 100 pound capacities thanks to the drawer slides. Where the sheep and the goats are further separated can also be found in the drawer slides.
Going back to less capable tool storage chests after using the Milwaukee 46″ Tool Chest and Cabinet would be like downgrading from a Porsche to Geo Metro. The Home Depot has these as the full Milwaukee 46″ Tool Chest and Cabinet System for $798. DCS spends most of his time watching Mythbusters, trying to figure out what the labels that they blur out say, so that he can recreate the explosions. Attending Milwaukee Tool Company's 2015 new product symposium gives me the responsibility of sharing with you some of Milwaukee's great new tools; but this year, more so than others, I have the greater (the bound) responsibility of not sharing some of what Milwaukee has for us in the near future.
Expanding on their lighting products, Milwaukee has come up with a telescoping job site light that can truly light up an area.
And in Milwaukee's true fashion, there is a new heated women's jacket that is as fashionable as it is functional. I couldn't seem to take my eyes off of the new 46" rolling steel storage chest and cabinet.
I saw a tool that, though might not be on everyone's wish list, is nonetheless impressive; the M18 FUEL Magnetic Drill and Electromagnetic Drill. And when you absolutely need to work all day on a single charge, Milwaukee is coming out with a new 9.0Ah M18 battery. These are just a few of the tools that I can talk about and I will go into greater detail as they become available, but come August 1st there will be even more to talk about.
At the Milwaukee Tools New Product Symposium 2015 we have a chance to get a sneak peek at some of the new products to be released in 2015 and 2016.
The steel construction of this tool chest is solid and we have no doubt it would probably be the last thing standing if there was ever a fire or earthquake.

Starting at the top, the huge lid opens to reveal a padded work area with a built-in pegboard that can be loaded with tools of your choice.
Just below the top is a single locking drawer that can be locked separately from the other drawers. The tool chest rolls in 4 heavy duty caster wheels, two of which pivot and lock which provide plenty of mobility and stability for the unit.
The tool chest also doubles as a standing desk and we all know the benefits of standing while working. It comes with a 3 year limited warranty and will be available this month with select retailers.

I know I shouldn’t say anything after getting a M18 Fuel Holehawg but this tool box is freaking sweet! This is the tool storage system that everyone else is going to have to try and match in quality and features. You’ll see them in almost every shop from auto mechanics to woodworkers and everywhere in between.
Built into both the tool chest and cabinet is a 6 outlet power strip, and I can barely begin to tell you how excited I am about those! You can mount chargers, run some corded tools, charge your phone, or stream music from your Milwaukee M18 Charging Radio. It’s a great place for storing screwdriver sets, nut drivers, or other hand tools so they stay organized.
6 drawers on the tool cabinet have 100 pound capacities while the two larger ones can support up to 200 pounds. I realize there are still the occasional Bugatti Veyron level tool chests on the market, but the value of the Milwaukee cabinet is what sets it apart. You can also pick up just the top tool cabinet for $349 or the bottom tool chest alone for $449. His hobbies include impersonating Chuck Norris doing an impersonation of Sean Connery and fly fishing.
The compact "tripod" opens up to a very stable stand that raises 2000 lumens of true, not blue, LED light. Besides having a nice array of smooth gliding drawers, there is a pull out working surface and an independent locking drawer for personal items. The trades love them as Milwaukee designed and built them to fit the exact needs of lineman, plumbers, carpenters and more. The 16 drawers are configured at two lengths and various depths to accommodate a wide variety of hand and power tools. A pull out drawer provides a sturdy platform to place your laptop on and when you are done you can safely store it underneath the work surface.
They may have difficulty reaching the back of the pegboard or reaching up to close the lid.

I guess that means I get to spend the rest of this review telling you how much I love this thing! While that certainly would have been acceptable, Milwaukee went with a matte powder coated finish. I use the flat, metal top to hold my notebook, camera, and laptop while I’m working or reviewing tools. To impress me, someone is going to have to do awfully well because Milwaukee just set a new standard for what I can expect in tool storage solutions under $1000.
They’re out of stock online at the moment, but check your local store and snag one if there are any left!
I liked that the M18 power source is located low in the stand, giving a low center of gravity. The next step for Milwaukee in tool storage is to deliver a full-size tool chest, which they finally have! The powder coated red paint leaves no doubt this is a Milwaukee product, which you can see from a mile away. These pads will prevent your tools and accessories from rolling around and provides a nice surface to store your tools.
This would come in extremely handy for auto technicians who need a laptop nearby to analyze car chips and audio equipment. That requires me to run an extension cord through a knockout in the back and provide a power strip that may or may not lay conveniently inside. It’s also an outstanding (see what I did there?) feature to give you some temporary work space to supplement the top surface. The bottom right hand drawer features a power tool organizer that holds tools and batteries in place much the same way the Milwaukee 26″ Work Box does. You get 5″ industrial casters and reinforced angles on the iron frame to further improve durability. With these already built in, I don’t have to think about it, I just have to plug it in. The lid lifts to provide storage space below, so you’re not losing any storage capacity. We currently keep our impact driver and drill driver in a flat drawer but they take up a lot of space. By creating a dedicated drawer for these tools, Milwaukee has freed up the top drawers for more hand tools. It also seems to clean up easily, and it doesn’t hold fingerprints like stainless steel. It gently pulls the drawer shut without any help from you and eliminates the slamming that often sends tools moving about. This works great for most tools, but I still haven’t found a solution to keep my sockets from falling over.
