At Los Angeles car show, Ford have already unveiled concept for its new vehicle, 2015 Edge.
Concept of the 2015 Ford Edge was presented, but what we could expect under the hood is still unknown. We saw a concept of the 2015 Ford Edge, but start of the market sales is expected somewhere in mid-2015. Pretty much a facelift of the existing model that debuted back in 2006, the 2011 Ford Edge has a new front end with a larger grille, mild changes in the rear and new wheels. The new interior features a redesign with more soft-touch surfaces, two 4.2-inch colour LCD screens alongside an analog speedometer, and an 8-inch touchscreen LCD at the top of the centre stack.
Prices in Dubai stand at Dhs 99,900 for the base model up to Dhs 149,900 for the Edge Sport. Saw it at the Gitex stand…the interior looks interesting with lots of soft touch interior trim and gadgets. 2014 ford f150 colors touch paint, Here's what our customers are saying about our touch up paint: chip j, owner of a 2014 ford f150 from theodore, al. 2014 ford explorer xlt 4wd for sale - cargurus, Save $6,275 on a 2014 ford explorer xlt 4wd. 2014 ford escape review and rating - motor trend, 2014 ford escape review and ratings by motor trend. It's likely a stretch to think of a full-size sport-utility vehicle as green, but improving the gas mileage of these behemoths can have a big impact. The 2015 Ford Expedition will be offered with the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 currently used in the F-150 full-size pickup truck.
The twin-turbocharged, direct-injected EcoBoost engine will be paired with a six-speed automatic transmission with manual shifting mode.

Ford did not provide specific numbers, but it did say the EcoBoost will be more powerful than the current Expedition's naturally-aspirated 5.4-liter V-8 and--not surprisingly--more fuel-efficient. The turbocharged V-6 produces 365 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque in the 2014 F-150; Ford's large pickup truck will also be replacedby a redesigned model for 2015. As for fuel economy, the current Expedition is rated at 16 mpg combined (14 mpg city, 20 mpg highway) for two-wheel drive models and 15 mpg combined (13 mpg city, 18 mpg highway) for four-wheel drive.
Other mechanical updates include electric power steering--which Ford says will further improve fuel efficiency--and a new suspension system with adaptive damping.
The system uses sensors that can detect up to 46 distinct body, steering, and brake inputs to keep big SUV's girth in check. There's more technology on the inside, including Ford's ubiquitous Sync with MyFord Touch system, displayed on a new 8-inch center-stack screen.
The 2015 Expedition also received a minor exterior refresh, with a reshaped front end, optional LED fog lights, and available 22-inch wheels that probably won't be the hyper-miler's first choice. Topping the 2015 Expedition range is a new Platinum model; other trim levels include XLT, Limited, and King Ranch. Pricing and fuel economy figures will be released closer to the on-sale date of the giant seven-seat SUV--which, for the record, is 18 and a half feet long in its largest version.

Anyway, there are some rumors telling us that Ford will give 2015 Edge a 2.3-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost engine. The SelectShift tiptronic feature is standard on the 2011 Edge SEL and Limited models, and with paddle-shifters on the 2011 Edge Sport. A five-way switch on each side of the steering wheel crossbar controls the information displayed on the corresponding instrument panel screens.

The Edge Sport gets a black grille, 22-inch wheels and paddle-shifters along with the larger engine.
Inside the vehicle we expect leather use on dashboard which should get completely new look. Incidentally, test have shown that the more powerful Edge Sport is actually slower in the 0-100 kph run than the base model, due to its higher weight. The screens can be personalised to display information relevant to each individual driver using a simple button click, voice command or touchscreen tap. Still in developing mode, the 2015 Ford Edge is not expected before the end of this year, and it is possible that premiere will be delayed until Detroit motor show.
There are also some new features, like adaptive steering, horizontal taillights and a bolder, three bar, front grille. If the same powertrain will used, it is probable that it will be mated with automatic gearbox and AWD option. All these details, new MyFord entertainment system and its big 10-inch touch screen will make interior of the 2015 Ford Edge pretty luxurious. The plan is to make them automatic, and by opening and closing it, operating temperature will be kept in ideal value. Beside all mentioned, they improved it with unique air curtains, which will guide air from the front of the vehicle, out through the front wheel wells and down the vehicle side.
Also, Fully Assisted Parking aid system and obstacle avoiding systems are there to make driving easier.
