There is another opportunity for free international phone calls in from PC to phone style, by using Google Talk, and Talkster integration with GTalk2VoIP. A confirmation instant message will be sent by Talkster for instructions together with a local Talkster call-in number on how to place the free international calls for both calling party and called party. To place the free international call to your friend, click on friend’s number in the Google Talk Contact List. Wait while the calling party hangs up and calls back using the Talkster local number for the caller.
Note that Talkster uses Caller ID to recognize who to connect the call to, so Caller ID must not be disabled or suppressed. Currently, Talkster has local numbers in more than 30 countries, including Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Calling fixed line, landline, mobile, cell or any phone number of supported international destinations or countries from Google Talk via Talkster and GTalk2VoIP integration is always free, and no credit card, no sign-up and no registration required, no catches, no limites, and no conditions attached, and free usage is unlimited.
Listen tech, Son of a whore , motherfucking bitch, if you like to get fucked , just leave me your number and I will ensure you learn how to get fucked by dogs ! This is great news for those who are plagued by calls from persistent telephone sales reps. The simple answer is that you can't easily find out for certain; but if you check for the telltale signs you can get a good idea of what's going on. Thanks to our reader, posting below under the name 'This is true', for coming up with this trick. As discussed briefly above, it's possible to hide your caller ID (or use a code to stop it from being revealed) and thereby call someone who's blocked you.
If you are in an emergency, if you fell out with your parents but need to tell them that someone is gravely ill, or if there is some other exceptional circumstance that you feel justifies doing so, you can bypass a call block in this way, but please bear in mind that the recipient of the call may consider this behaviour to be harassment or stalking, and there could even be legal ramifications.
If you have taken all of these warnings on board, take a look at our tutorial showing How to call someone who has blocked you. This is all very upsetting, of course, but call-blocking is actually a very useful feature of iOS 7 and iOS 8. Say you receive a call, hang up (or don't answer), and then decide you want to block that person's number and avoid being bothered in the future. Simply go to your list of recent callers (from the Home screen you can open the Phone app, then clock on the Recents tab at the bottom).

We didn't appreciate being contacted by that blurred-out number at the top, so let's block it.
Alternatively - and more helpfully if you change your mind right away - you can simply tap the 'Block this caller' option again, after clicking the 'i' symbol next to a recent number (it changes to 'Unblock this caller' when you block them). Firstly, it may be worth clarifying the difference between hidden and unknown numbers.
Another option is to customise Do Not Disturb in order to silence calls from the contacts your phone doesn't recognise. You could also subscribe to TrapCall, a service that finds out the caller ID of hidden or unknown numbers and blacklists unwanted calls.
Some might give you a pay-monthly plan that gets rid of marketing calls, or change your number if you are constantly getting ID-withheld phone calls. However, in terms of blocking a hidden number, we are afraid that the majority of phone companies cannot do much about it.
The sad truth is that you can't tell for sure without stealing their phone and checking the blocked list.
We look in more depth at some of the clues that let you know if you've been blocked in a separate article: How to tell if someone has blocked your phone number on their iPhone. Typically, Talkster assigns a local Talkster number for calling party (the person you want to call) in their country, which allows he or she to incur only cheap local call charge (which may be free in some countries). Ensure that the calling party knows this number, else send the phone number to him or by email or IM. The phone rang exactly once, and then we were told that the number called wasn't available, diverted to voicemail and invited to leave a message. If the phone really is switched off or set to divert, it will once again ring once and then go to voicemail. Other than the obvious clues - you never seem to be able to get through to someone, despite ringing at various times and checking that you've got the right number - the main giveaway is the way you get diverted to voicemail after exactly one ring. And if any amateur sleuths out there work out a foolproof method of finding out if you've been blocked, let us know in the comments or via Twitter. Fortunately you can block specific callers (or rather, specific phone numbers), enabling you to avoid them safely without having to cut yourself off from the people you want to talk to.
Click the 'i' symbol next to the unwanted number, then scroll down to the bottom of the resulting screen and clock Block this Caller, then confirm your decision.

To add a phone number to your blacklist, hit 'Add new Blacklist' and add it manually (you can do this via your recent call list). However, we don't much like the idea of jailbreaking our iPhones, so we prefer this canny workaround.
Every time a different timewaster calls you, simply bring up the recent calls screen, tap the arrow by the number and hit 'Add to Existing Contact'.
To save you the trouble of looking at your phone to see who's calling, you can set a specific ringtone to the troublemaker contact. What you need to do is to go to Settings and scroll down the tool list until you find Do Not Disturb.
In some cases the phone company might also be able to identify the number behind hidden calls, but then the network provider can only give the number to the police if an investigation is under way. If the phone number is a mobile phone number, an SMS with Talkster call-in number will be sent to the cellphone too. We'll help you work out if someone has (for whatever reason) blocked your number on their iPhone. If your call is manually declined, or if they're just not available, then you'd expect the phone to ring several times before you're diverted. Our thanks to the clever readers who've already contributed techniques for cracking the mystery.
We also explain how to deal with and block hidden and unknown callers, and how to find out if someone has blocked you. Click the red circle next to the blocked number you want to unblock, and a red button will appear. Options include blocking before your phone even acknowledges the call, sending back the engaged tone, sending the caller directly to voicemail, or automatically hanging up the call. With no caller ID, the iPhone doesn't know who's calling, and therefore can't block the call, although it will indicate that the number has been withheld, that there is no caller ID, or that the caller is unknown.
This is useful if you are looking through private ads in a magazine or NewsPaper and want to know where the seller is.
