Coming soon: SEH renewal letter enhancements

We are currently developing and testing enhancements to our SEH renewal letter that will make your job easier when presenting AmeriHealth renewals to your clients.
Due to the testing associated with the upcoming SEH letter revisions, there will be a slight delay in your ability to view October 2010 SEH renewals on ROAM. October 2010 renewals will be available on ROAM on July 27. This is prior to the group mailing date of July 30.
We believe this slight delay will be worthwhile when you see the enhancements we are making to the SEH renewal letter, including:
• more clearly defined plan descriptions in the headers;
• the addition of your clients’ current rates.
