This is a site that digs deep into real life and all that we face as we strive to be the best we can be. Affirmations can be a very powerful tool for changing your perspective and for reprogramming your subconscious mind.
Positive thinking is the first step, this is true, but if your not setting goals and actively pursuing them, you're missing a step. This site is not based on any particular religion or faith, but on the power of the divine.
Many of us have heard about the Universal Law of Attraction, but you may not know that there are 12 universal laws and understanding these laws can better prepare us for what and how things happen, giving us  a new perspective and a new way for moving forward. My hope, is for this site to become a community where we are friends, where we can share our hopes and dreams, our triumphs and our setbacks, where we can come together to support and encourage one another. The following handouts and worksheets are from my Tips and Tools for the Therapeutic Toolbox series by mental heath publisher, PESI.

Since we are not born with instruction manuals about life, and formal schooling focuses much more on academics than personal adjustment, learning life skills is essential to developing our emotional intelligence, resilience, work-life balance, and much more.
