I’ve come to realize that everything we do starts as a thought, either on a conscious or even sub conscious level. I loved reading your brief auto biography, I’m always encouraged when I hear of other people who have liberated themselves although your liberation was different from mine. Louise Hay is a genius, I love her and has helped mmy mom and I to get better over our hard times!. Reading over them in the morning sets a positive intention over my day and gets my mind right so to speak.
I used to with a book of five-minute techniques to stay mindful each day, but I’ve let that slip. When you repeat these positive affirmations daily, you re-train your brain to think differently and to focus on what you want instead of what you dona€™t want.
However, just as Louise recommends, I wanted to put together my own affirmations for you and encourage you to use them as they are or feel free to change the wording even further to adopt it as yours. Subconscious thoughts are not easy to control but I will say this they do tend to reflect what we fill our minds with at a conscious level.
I was not as fortunate as yourself in having a loving family environment my mother abandoned me when I was eighteen months old and my father raised me but he had little experience on which to draw as his mother and father died when he was 3.
Conscious thoughts however are ours to control, and using the affirmations you’ve posted or even tweaking them as you suggest is a remedy that if bottled, would be priceless. As a result he was dragged up in horrible boarding schools, but growing up in Australia I did have relative freedom to be whatever I wanted to be.
I feel like lm drowning and do not know how break free especially since l live in another state and l have everything to live for.
People such as yourself are near perfect examples of the principle found in the do unto others rule and I hope you realize how special you really are. Funny thing though without that loving secure environment and validation especially from my mother I became an incredibly insecure person. My father was quite heavy handed when it came to discipline and my step mother was and still is an incredibly negative and manipulative person.
