I cleaned up a few typos in the documentation.
The original README file was a single WORD document; I broke it up into
separate files to be consistent with the other SEG distributions, and
converted the combined result into pdf to be more portable.
I inserted copyright statements into the SEGY reel headers of the datasets.
I converted the png graphics files to gif.
I gzipped the segy files to make them smaller.
